    I also use headspace and I love the both apps equally, but this has a charming component which is Dan Harris interviewing meditation teachers and asking the kind of questions normal people would ask. He plays as a stand in for us, and the conversations they have are really smart. I also use this app every day for ten minutes because I set a reminder every day at 7pm. It has been helpful with some crippling anxiety. Try out the starter pack. It’s really straightforward.

    Love the courses and meditations. Very helpful and not woo-woo at all. Some meditations wouldn't play, but they had a work around and then fixed it. Their tech support was very responsive.

    Firstly, the meditations are amazing. This app quickly made it into my daily routine. Then I updated the app. Now I can’t play a meditation in the background. So it’s completely useless to me now. Both my wife and I are canceling our memberships.

    This app has been amazing! I received an email inviting me to this app a month or so back. I have tried to meditate everyday sense and have been, for the most part, successful.

    Having some issues with the app freezing up and not allowing me to continue on to the subsequent lessons. Great content though and I would love to listen to more and continue!
