    I love the app, I find the guided session incredibly helpful in learning the basics of meditation and mindfulness. I would love to see a simple meditation timer added-one without narration that still synced with the health app.

    Life changing. I have been doing these lessons regularly for several months and it is like learning a new language. I wish this App had existed and I had found it 20 years ago! :) I am a physician and this meditation course has helped me not only manage my work and relationships better but also enjoy them more - including my relationship with myself. The lessons are short and sweet. Very do-able even in a crazy busy life. Have recommended the app to many of my stressed-out patients. Thank you (thank you!) for this course!!!

    I thought that I was accepting an offer for a 7 day free trial but was charged $106 for a 1 year subscription to something I don’t even want and I never received the refund I requested! This app is not really “guided meditations “ but rather like meditation “how to” instructions. The fact that the “meditations” are recorded in a quiet place with no music or sound to block out the sounds of the noisy neighborhood I live in makes it impossible to focus!Listening to recordings of silence doesn’t block out the noise around me! Maybe someone who lives in a soundproof house or out in the wilderness might find this helpful, but for me it was a waste of money!

    Dan’s book has led me through a 4 year on and off relationship with meditation and I can’t thank him enough -even inconsistently it has made a huge difference and given me a language for feelings emotions and thoughts I’ve always had but I can already tell that this app is going to give me the stimulation to make meditation more than an occasionally pull out at low moments but something to make my life better on a day to day basis
