A great & simple technique to be aware of presence
  • A new adventure

    By J Atlas
This meditation comes at a perfect time in my life. A new empty nester. Taking a Life Skills class to better myself, learn new ways to be in control of emotions and learn how to understand what the emotions I am feeling..which is all ok. Came home to find this wonderful mindfulness meditation video. This is a first for me, Julie, someone always on the go, how can my brain slowdown to meditate...but this is perfect timing in my life to learn a new skill. Stress affects your body. It can hurt you if you don’t relax. I am truly enjoying the mindfulness meditation and I will continue to learn more. Thank you Dan for you openness to allow us into your experience of panic and how you found meditation to heal you. I look forward to this new adventure. JULIE

I appreciate this app for the explanations and instruction.
  • This is the one

    By kelznatch
Wow, this app is so incredibly useful. It is almost insulting to call it an app. Every single session is human and specific and unpretentious and clear, and does not trigger any “huh?” or BS responses like the other ones do. Love the sessions that adapt based on your selected length. Love the video classes to make you feel connected to the teachers. Every teacher is perfect, and they all have soul and a depth to them. You can tell they’ve put in the time and done the work and aren’t just freelancing as voice actors. Just really top notch all around. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone—it is so diverse and sensible and non-annoying.
  • MINDFULNESS: A whole new understanding

This app has made MINDFULNESS the cheese to my meditation macaroni. I am so digging this app 10% more everyday. Thank you for the courage to share Dan Harris.
  • Meditation for all levels

    By Eddie3062
I have been meditating on my own for almost nine years. Most of the instruction I received was from Buddhist practioners and books. The breadth and depth of material available on this app has given me a new perspective on my meditation practice. From Joseph Goldstein's fundamentals to George Mumford's mindful presence I have increased the feeling of being mindful in my daily life. I hope you continue to add to the information available on the app. It is invaluable!
  • ADD

I’m at a place in my life where focus is a stranger. I see less & less of it. I know meditation works but I need help. This app, though I’ve just begun to use it, offers the help that I need. For all intended purposes, it is great & well put together.
  • Content overload of goodness

    By Javert42
This is not an app it is a way of life. A way to grow and train your brain. Fully supported by coaches who care.
  • Being anxious

    By flathead321
I find myself in anxious situations throughout the day. Having this app will hopefully give me an out any time I need one. I hope to begin a new mindfulness starting today.

Program interrupted or discontinued so often, I changed ear phones. Then removed them altogether. There’s a technical issue.
