  • My dad paid me $60 for breaking it.

    By Ifravel
He offered me $60 to break it and I broke it within 5 minutes.
  • Pretty Good but not without flaws

    By Concerned Stepmom
Have had this app for 2 weeks and the location tracker stopped working and snap chat dropped off the activity log even though it is being used. Going to have to reconfigure on the phone again. Not sure why the set up can't be locked down.
  • This app is really bad

    By Alessio Anania
This app is absolute garbage. It messes up all my apps when it’s activated. It doesn’t let me use any decent apps. This app takes away the simplest and of apps like Siri, camera, screen shots, it doesn’t let you use kindle. This app is terrible.
  • Keeps Undoing Organized Folders

    By sessoms1011
When the phone locks my children out during their restricted times, it clears all their organized folders and scatters their apps on the home screen. This keeps repeatedly happening!
  • Confusing

    By Pppoiugghii
Frustrating, every time I open the app they want me to write s review.
  • Ended up not being very good

    By ladeedadeeeverybody
I am a premium paid user but that will change tomorrow. Doesn’t reliably block activity including texting after usage limits are set. Continues to send me email updates on allowed and blocked website activity for one kid but not the other although I’ve turned the notification off. They wouldn’t tell us if we could allow kids to text or call just us when blocked, an important safety feature. Messages to support are answered with something like, “we don’t know if we will be able to fix that and sent it to support”- some of the worst support ever. It’s probably tough to integrate with the iPhone but with vpn, shouldn’t it all be possible? Got to try something else. Also- my kids apps get moved out of place it’s a constant frustration for them. Certainly not paying any longer!
  • Great idea but sometimes buggy

    By rockandrollnerd.com
I had this app all set up and working and then one day it just decided to ask me to set it up again and when I tried it said I’m over the limit of devices. Had to uninstall everything delete devices, delete kids and set up everything back from scratch.
  • Premium is NOT premium

    By Ajeremyellen
Do not purchase premium program. The app will not stay active on my child’s android device, so it not protect as advertised. When contacted they say 24 hour response, takes over 1 week. In addition they have not been able to resolve the issue. In order for the program to work each day I would have to make the program active. Asked for a refund and the company said I would have to get it from The Apple store? Don’t trust them. Choose a different t product. I chose them because of an online review rating, I will not fall for that again.
  • Frustrated

    By Angeldelanote
I wish I could put zero stars. I have paid for this premium service a week ago and they have yet to activate it. Tons of emails back and fourth just to make my account premium. If they would just activate the account I would hopefully bring up my rating. I am extremely aggravated.
  • Location not always accurate!

    By Afields68
The thing I dislike the most is that the location isn't always accurate. It's important to know where my child is...not an approximate location! I've contacted them about this numerous times but I normally just end up reinstalling it. I don't use the time limits...I just block the apps after a certain hour. I had TeenSafe for a while too but it was less accurate than this app.
