“Some of the Light Hits are so subtle but add such a massive improvement to photos. I love that they don’t necessarily scream “Presets!” but feel more natural in that you would never know it was added in post.” - Peter McKinnon "Blurring off the edge of the photo can add an organic element to the photo or easily draw the eye to a particular part of the image. Lens Distortions gives you the power and freedom to do this easily and effectively... just adding a hint of subtle mood to your Instagram is extremely easy." - Fstoppers "The app is very easy to use because it wasn’t developed to be an all-in-one editing suite. It does only one thing (add lens/light effects to your photos), but it does it amazingly well." - iPhone Photography School --- Frame your subject with elegant glass textures. Punctuate your shots with natural sunlight and lens flares. Create atmospheric depth with genuine rain or fog. Lens Distortion gives you the highest quality ingredients to craft the look you want. All of the overlays are created by optically-capturing real-world elements. They are displayed in gallery view, which allows you to see all the filters side-by-side and select the best one for your image. You can easily make an effect stand out for a bold look or blend in for just the right amount of subtle complexity. Sometimes the best effects are ones no one knows you added… Lens Distortions signature effects are hiding in plain sight in the images of many of today’s top photographers. Push yourself creatively. Edit tastefully. Distinguish your visuals. --- Get LD Unlimited - Instantly unlock all the in-app filters for a low monthly fee. More than 200 premium filters give you limitless creative options. LD Unlimited is a $0.99 USD/month subscription that provides access to all of the current filters in the LD app. This subscription auto-renews at the end of each 1-month period at $0.99 USD, unless canceled 24-hours in advance. • My go-to app for real elements

    By Mahalograph
There is no other app I would trust to give me real elements for my images when I want them. Whether it is fog, rain, light, or snow, this app is 💯! Responsive cs, too, for any issues I encounter. Glad to have LD in my tool kit.

The new snow and rain filters are nice to have and great quality as always. I see that they have a subscription option now, which might be nice for trying out all the filters.

  • Simple to use with interesting layers

Only downside is resolution down sizing of images and losing details. Before: 4608x3456 After: 4096x3072 There’s also the loss of some EXIF data including date time but that’s not too bad.
