    App looks nice but is not user friendly. Everytime you open the app, you have to log in. All previous downloaded content is than gone and you start everytime again.

    If you are on the fence about purchasing ap as I was, I suggest you just do it! Ha! You won’t be sorry. It is amazing how calm I feel from meditation. Love the soothing voice, and music and life lessons. I have recently dealt with cancer and a mom with ALZ and this has been a lifesaver.

    So far this is my favorite free meditation app! I tried "headspace" which I didn't like the that much and "insight timer" which I found very user unfriendly. I also downloaded "calm" but did not want to pay $4.99 a month for something I couldn't try. Judd Lofchie, Alderman, Aurora, IL

    This meditation helps me keep calm when I breathe into my nose and breathe out of my mouth. This is the best app for me because it helps me get rid of my anxiety before I go to sleep. I really love this talking affirmation. Lynne is a great meditator. Awesome!
