  • Glitchy, obnoxious, moderately accurate I think?

Very hard to just turn off cause it can't be just a simple button you tap, no you have to hold it for three seconds or shake your phone, but sometimes neither work so your alarm is left blaring while you frantically figure out what to do. Not the best experience first think in the morning to deal with.

I have tried to use it multiple times. App states it cannot analyze the data. Asks to reboot the watch every time. Really wanted it to work.

Why can’t I turn on the sleep cycle using my watch? It always tells me to open the app on my phone first. That defeats the purpose of having a start button on the watch.

If app is started on Apple Watch you will not be able to stop the app via the watch. I notified support many times, they just respond “We’re working on it “ horrible!!!

I've used the Pillow app for a few months now and, generally, it works great. The main issue I have with it is that I forget to set it before I go to bed on my Apple watch. If automatic tracking was an option, this app would definitely be five stars. When is this feature coming?

I’ve used pillow three times and I’m very undecided if it is worth the effort. I am using the free version. The app only lets me look at the current night. The app suggests that I rotate the ph to see more information; when I do the app wants me to upgrade to the premium version. I can’t see anything w the upgrade ad in the way. I think the easiest thing to do is to uninstall it and look for something else.
  • Great app except 1 thing

I’ve LOVED this app so much. Tells me my heart rate, quality of sleep, how much(or in my case sometimes little) sleep I get. Everything about it has been awesome. Does sound clips. I paid the $4.99 to get those and a few other extra things. Have no issues with having spent the 5 dollars. My ISSUE with this application, which is also why it’s not getting all 5 stars. It doesn’t just shut itself off!! When I wake up in the morning I tend to check my phone. Not usually my watch. Plus in general the Pillow app is not always the first thing I see on my watch anyway. If I haven’t forced stop my sleep for the night then it just keeps running saying I’ve been awake. It needs a timer of some sort that can automatically sense when I’m awake or asleep. If I’ve been up for over an hour, after the alarm I had set for, there is a VERY HIGH chance I’m now up for the day. I can’t actually track the measurements of my sleep when it says I’ve been in bed for 22 hours and only 6 of those hours I was asleep. Fix this PLEASE. IM SURE there is a way for it to know I’m awake and stop itself. Again outside of that. It’s a good app. When I remember to stop it from running when I wake up. And not when I’m about to go to bed again the next night.
  • Extremely Basic

Listen I appreciate being able to have something to use on iOS for sleep tracking. That being said, without any negative experiences or anything with Pillow it’s is extremely astoundingly basic. Go look at “Sleep as Android” for android devices and what you get for 5 dollars. Go to their website and see for yourself. I never thought there was a sleep tracker available that good and that feature packed. Comparing this app to theirs is like comparing the first computer to the systems used at NASA current day. It’s that wide the gap. I was almost embarrassed to compare the two since I feel some sense of loyalty to Pillow since I’ve payed for it. I really truly hope that you aspire to provide a true sleep tracking app like theirs.
