    I’m using with the Apple Watch cellar. 2 nights in a row. Same thing. Says there was an error in processing the data. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried turning both devices off and on. Nope. Still broken. One star.
  • I feel better waking up, but analytics never work

    the alarm does a good job of waking me up at the appropriate times, but the analytics never seem to work. the watch app tells me to restart it if the error persists, but even that doesn’t fix it. please look into this issue!
  • Finally got it to work and the analysis is wrong

    My watch kept failing to analyze the data, so I finally figure out how to get it to work (keep motion tracker on on the phone even though you are using the watch not the phone to analyze motion). But now that it is analyzing my sleep it is way off and inaccurate in its analysis. I have used Fitbit for a long time as an activity and sleep tracker and it is very accurate. This app is very wrong. There’s no way I’m either completely awake or in deep sleep most of the night. 20% of deep sleep is about the adult average and the rest of the night is spent in the other parts of the sleep cycle so this app is repeatedly inaccurate. I’ve had it for over a week and it’s just not working well. Bummer, I will be try a new app tonight would like a refund!

    1) Watch analysis often freezes at 98% and never fully syncs 2) annoyingly the app tells you to rotate your phone and then a massive banner pops up to pay $5

    So impressed with this app. Really helps me understand my sleeping patterns. I was so impressed I wanted to see what other apps they developed and found “Today” and this is another great app I started to use to help me stay on top of my daily habits and keep track of the things I need to stay on top of.
  • Promising but flawed

    First thoughts after a week or so with Pillow...The App requires too many steps to activate and halt, especially when the Apple Watch is incorporated into the mix with the iPhone. Also, I constantly find myself inadvertently changing the wake times on Pillow’s opening iPhone screen. Odd interface. At least lock down the current alarm setting so it has to be unlocked to change. Please do something to fix this... And how do you turn off the white noise? Can’t find a toggle. How do you select different sounds and speakers? The rainfall effect sounds terrible on built-in iPhone 7S Plus speakers. It’s not a very satisfying sleep aide if it emanates from a tinny-sounding speaker. The App should be compatible with AirPlay and/or AppleTV speakers connected to a home stereo — to pump out quality sound. Yeah the App needs a sleep journal — maybe a custom Notes App linked to both the Calendar and Health Apps. But all health Apps really need an Apple Health Journal App and database. All health, medication, doctor’s visits, workout and other related data should feed into just one editable, daily journal, where users can search for, see and comment on any health data, see and modify current meds and times as needed, make notes and observations about data points and circumstances, mood and illnesses, symptoms, correlate event times and data with one another...even link diagrams, video, still photos and albums that document symptoms and behavior. Those needs make a Journal App a job for Apple, not for the numerous third parties to control and access. We’d only end up with different journal interfaces and capabilities and that would be a nightmare for health patients. I’d also like for an App like Pillow to incorporate sleep apnea CPAP data too, if Philips Respironics ever gets off the dime and adds HealthKit compatibility (boy are they slow with software development). That’s yet another reason why a sleep journal can’t be limited to interacting with just one Health App. It simply would not be a very useful tool.

    I’ve been using pillow for a few years now and love it. But the Apple Watch tracking ofter fails to analyze the data, making it useless most of the times. Please, developer, check for bug fixes. Cheers!

    Some info, nothing automatic, alarm is almost impossible to shut off. Just a way to sell you the premium service
