The app doesn’t work well on the Apple Watch. I try to click and it does nothing, no response.
  • Junk!

Not worth it! If I could, I would give this app zero stars. I used this app for about a month. It seemed to work ok. Then, the developer changed the algorithm by removing the Apple watch’s motion detector. Now, when I wake up and move around at night, it shows that I am in REM sleep. To the developer; Please stop bothering me. As it is, your app is terrible.
  • Missing recordings

    By M4tt3y
I just turned on the audio recording feature, and my wife claims to heard me snoring at a specific time. When I reviewed the night’s audio, it wasn’t recorded.
  • Used to love it

But since the last 2 upgrades app crashes every time you wake up in the morning
  • Issues since update

    By Crashed art.
I have loved using this app for the last few months. However, since the last update I have been having issues with it. It is missing times when I wake up during the night and it is not recording sessions in the app that my watch is recording. It used to be perfect about both of those things! I don’t have record from the last three nights in the app even though my watch is recording every night. Please fix!
  • Used to work; New update is terrible

I use this with my iPhone 8+ and Apple Watch 3, and it used to work great when I was able to just turn it on with my watch. Got the new update and now I’m required to open the app on my iPhone and then start it on my watch? Otherwise, it doesn’t work and you get an insufficient data error. Garbage. Removing.
  • Frequent crashes make me oversleep.

    By Whywontmykeyboardturn?!
This app was wonderful. It worked well, it was reliable, and its features were great. However, a recent update completely changed that. The app is buggy, and it frequently crashes while I’m using it. This includes crashing in the middle of my session causing me to oversleep. I was late for school 3 times because of this, making me have to set a second alarm. PLEASE FIX THIS PILLOW, AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP UNTIL THEY DO.
  • Updated: Worked after night two, but...

I just got the Apple Watch (transitioning from Fitbit). I was expecting detailed results when I woke up this morning. Instead, the app on the watch said I was awake for the full 7 hours and 58 minutes. 🤔 I know I did not sleep that bad. UPDATE: It seems to be working now. Not sure why it did that on the first try. It gives good details on your sleep patterns. It’s nice that you can make post-sleep notes and moods. It would be nice to remove the need to start and stop sleep on the devices, but I read that it will not be necessary down the road. UPDATE 2: After a nights sleep, the app on the watch began saying that it had issues communicating with the app on the phone and that I needed to allow Bluetooth to be on, etc. Well, that was already on. Nothing changed from the previous night. Thinking it was another bug, I tried it again. Two more nights of sleeping, and I still got the same errors. I just deleted the app out of frustration. I am glad I didn’t buy it. Next...
  • Pretty nice app but the audio recordings are bad

    By Sarah60047
I like this app. It records sleep cycles better than Fitbit. But it’s really only usable with the Apple Watch or similar watch. The heart rate feature is very nice and records data frequently through the night. The audio recordings are too sensitive even on the lowest sensitivity setting. I end up with 10-15 completely silent recordings every single night. Other than that feature, love this app and recommend buying the premium.
  • Needs to be simplified

    By Rachel&Anna
Really loved the idea of using an app on my phone and watch to track my sleep, but this one didn’t work out. I had hoped I could activate the app on my watch and go to sleep, however this app has to be connected with your phone and your phone has to be on. Killed my phone battery both nights. If it were as easy as turning on the app on my watch, then I would use it.
