    Aaptiv has completely changed how I workout. My runs using the app are some of the best I’ve ever taken and I love how user friendly and user specific the app can be. I can select an instructor (Candice is my favorite!), genre of music and experience level. I run most often but there’s workouts for EVERYTHING and the stretching and restorative yoga options really help me stretch things out. I can’t recommend it enough.

    I have ran for 20+ years in my own. This is the first time I have ever used any kind of coaching device. I LOVED IT! I was given information that I clearly needed to correct my form which helped me to run more comfortably and increase my pace. The music was motivating and the instructor was spot on!!!👍 I cannot wait for my next run.

    I have just been using this app for quite awhile! I love most of the workouts but honestly, sometimes your background music is so loud, you can’t hear the instructor so I stop and give it a one star. Please lower the background music or make your instructors more clear. Thank you!

    This app is amazing! I downloaded it originally to attempt to train my mind to enjoy cardio (shout out to Ray - only person that can get me excited to go for a run) and decided to keep it after I got into a good running routine when I discovered the strength training classes and challenges. I love that it tracks how many classes I've taken/how many minutes I've spent working out and how many calories have been burned. Can't say enough great things!

    I’m a former pro athlete and need to be coached. I’ve done 2 treadmill workouts and can’t wait for the next one. I am hoping to stay on after the month trial. I believe I’ll get my fat loss goals with this. This is what I supplement my CrossFit workouts with.
