  • Broken On Demand

Not sure what you guys did to “fix” the on demand functionality, but it doesn’t work well at all now; I’m constantly having to manually open the app and reconnect since your latest update. What was wrong with the old setup of configuring which specific Wi-Fi you wanted to enable on demand functionality for? The new way of marking networks as “safe” is not user-friendly at all and—more importantly—it just doesn’t work. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it & KISS, c’mon guys.
  • Love it but it broke

I don’t know what happened but suddenly it had me re-log in and then it would not stay connected through on-demand or it would just not connect.
  • Bug in latest version

Overall I think this is a great app, however the latest version introduced a bug. When the VPN is running and you try to disconnect, the button will show "updating servers", then only give you the option to connect.

  • Broke after last update

The On-Demand functionality was working fine for the last 2 yrs. But after the last two updates it broke. Today’s update also failed to fix it (at least for the mobile version). VPN disconnects with OnDemand switched ON.
  • Constant dropped connections and freeze-ups

Plenty of servers to choose from but I have had constant problems with dropped or “stuck” connections. Have to turn off the vpn and then try another server or uninstall and reinstall or log out and in again in order to get it to work again.

    - Latest update to fix On Demand didn't. If the the connection is lost, you are still connected to the Internet, with your actual IP now exposed. - The app says your public IP is Seattle, when you check it, it is Costa Mesa, CA. Most of the US servers do the same. Las Vegas exits in Washington D.C., but you won't know that unless you check it with a "what's my ip" type site. - This app logs its activity on your device, including the time and location of the servers you connect to, with no way to disable logging, and no way to delete the logs. Logging should be disabled by default, so you can turn it on when you need to for troubleshooting purposes, and delete the logs when you're done.

    On demand is still broken
  • 3.1.4 update unfixed on demand for this user

Loved the app, updated it to 3.1.4 in may just to keep it up to date, had no issues, after updating, the on demand toggle is useless, everytime I use the app I have to hit the connect button( when it would automatically connect before this update, like its supposed to) Don’t know if developers actually read this but you broke the on demand, not fixed it.
