    Well, you are free to download it but you can’t do anything at all unless you provide all your info and open yourself to receiving all kinds of email and upsells. The FREE part of FREEletics is false advertisement and should be removed. I don’t mind paying for something that Ican try first and see if it suits me. But I won’t deal with dishonest and misleading sales tactics.

    I’m gonna get straight to the point. It would be nice if “single exercises” would have a genre by body muscle rather than being listed alphabetically. This would be SO helpful especially for beginners since they would just select the muscle or group of muscles that they’re trying to workout, instead of having to “guess” through several of the exercises.

    When it comes to staying fit, I am very self motivated but the structure and challenges the Freeletics coach feature provides has helped me get into stunningly good shape. Plus, the app gets frequent updates so it gets better and better. Awesome company, awesome community, awesome app!

    Terrible app. I spent 40 dollars on this expecting it to be smooth and easy to use, like many of the others. Instead, what I have found is awful workouts that are nearly impossible to navigate. Save your money.
  • Good app with a few flaws

    I’ve used this app in the past and I’m glad it has improved. First I love the community and social networking behind the app. The UI is ok but you have to constantly be near your phone . I miss the Apple watch app where I could set my phone down and switch exercises from the watch. Also the health intervention is quirky. It loads each exercise individually instead of the entire workout. I would like to see that changed to include just the main workout. I find it easier to just turn off the Genard integration and just start a HIIT or Other workout on my watch. I think the developers are missing an opportunity with the health integration and the lack of a good Apple watch app. BTW the last one was glitchy. With all that said these programs will challenge you and are designed to get results. 👍🏾🏋🏾‍♂️
  • Good plan, app errors

    I really liked the exercises, but it was wildly overblowing the “calories burned” that it would record. There was also a weird number of “click throughs” between exercises. Just go to the next one or at least simplify that interface, otherwise it breaks you out of your groove. Unfortunately this is unusable for me with the “calories burned” problem messing up.
