    This is great to keep you on track with your goals. You can start running, train for 5k or 10k, or marathon. I like that you can train your weight, drinking and eating habits and record your runs. I would like to make this a more complete app with a cycling option to record your cardio for the week because I bike on my non-run days.

    I pay $10/month for premium membership so I don’t have to see ads!! New update is trying to upsell again and has intrusive pop ups that you have up close. You’re not the only game in town stop making an otherwise great app unpleasant to deal with.
