  • Another typical $ geared game

I just downloaded it and after reading the reviews I figured I probably wouldn't play it longer than 5 minutes. I wanted to try it out for myself. Well the reviews are spot on about the problems with this game. I understand that they put time into making these games and they do deserve to get recognition and make money off of their ideas but now literally almost all mobile games are like this. Sad thing is some people actually spend $100s on this game. The games ported from console etc are amazing and they don't even charge this ridiculous amount. They charge a set price for each episode or for the entire game and those are games made for real gamers. It shouldn't be like this. I will be deleting this just as I did the home design game after realizing you literally have to pay to win! The generic responses to our complaints doesn't look good either. :/

Not worth the download. I’ve never been more frustrated with an app. It’s not user friendly at all. Constant crashes. Constantly locks me out to verify my account before I can even play the game. Feels like the developers have been negligent on upkeep. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Keep looking for other fashion games.
  • Great game, bad prices.

I’d love to give Cover five stars since I’ve been playing and enjoying it for three years now, but I just can’t when the prices for the hair accessories are so high. I’m aware that it’s a permanent unlock for multiple hair styles, but it’s one accessory— that’s not worth almost $10. I love the way they look and would like to purchase a few, but not until the price is made more reasonable. On a good note: I love the new body types and different model ethnicities. They’re diverse and beautiful.
  • Unfair voting for HVC players

Lower value closet players are voting against Higher value closet players, and that makes it more difficult to get Top look no matter how much REAL money you spend on the game.
  • Mostly really fun but...

I’ve been playing for about a month now, and I’m really enjoying it. Some changes that would make this game better, - I wish looks were grouped into levels. Players at higher levels have access to more hairstyles, makeup, accessories etc. It’s really hard for a new player to win challenges when up against the advantages that long time players have. I feel bad when I see a beginner look (basic hairstyle & makeup) next to the look with crazy hair & accessories. I’ve actually started voting for the underdog when it’s that obvious. - I wish there were filters for searching for fashion houses. Like, I don’t need to see fashion houses that are full or inactive. If someone wants to join a house for rallies & you need ten members to rally, they should be able to search for houses that have at least ten members. Or only show me houses that participate in rallies. And if a house has been inactive for a while, maybe it can get deleted or at least moved to the bottom of the pile so I don’t have to wade through hundreds of houses to find what I’m looking for. - Let me win things I can actually use. I’m on L6 & I just won a prize I can’t use til I get to L27. It wasn’t made clear in the challenge instructions and I probably wouldn’t have entered had I known. If you’re going to make challenges open to all players, let all players win a prize they can use. Doesn’t even have to be the same prize as for the higher levels, just throw me a bone! Better incentives will keep people playing longer. This is a really fun game, and I like that you don’t need to spend any real money to advance. It just needs some easy tweaks to the UI to make it better.
  • Great Game But....

What’s up with all the demonic stories behind the fashion challenges...I’m tired of every other challenge story being about worshipping different gods and magical powers, spells, etc...can it just be about the fashion...it’s so many other stories you can use🙄
  • Costs waaaay too much to play AND it’s buggy

This game could be so much fun but they make it incredibly expensive to play. I spent a ton of real cash just to get to level 6 after 3 months of play and that’s ridiculous! Most items cost cash, which you can only get by playing the daily- a measly $500 per day, while most items cost 200-2,000 and you need at least 4 new items per look. The events all require 3-5 items so just to enter a look, you have to spend around $3,500 (conservative estimate). To get any hair packages cost $9 dollars each, that’s real money and you can’t get them any other way! On top of costing too much it’s incredibly buggy, often not allowing you to submit looks or having clothes causing your avatar to go bald, etc. I’ve written support, never heard back. Don’t waste your hard earned cash. Shame on this developer.
  • What happened?

I started playing this game a few years back, sometime in late 2013 or early 2014, I think. It was incredibly fun at the time and one of my favorite apps. A couple of years ago, I had to delete the app to make room on my phone and also because I’d kinda become too busy to play it. I’ve recently reinstalled it and tried to get back into playing it because I’d missed it, and man, is it difficult. I didn’t think it’d be easy given that since I haven’t played in so long my closet is full of older clothes, but the challenges barely give you any money for entering and they’re all so specific (witches, Egyptian, superheroes, etc.). You have to buy very specific items to win those challenges, but it screws you over in the long run because they’re not practical for any other challenges. Not to mention the challenges went from “wear a blue sweater and a gold necklace” when I first started playing to “wear this $800 necklace from this specific brand with 2 $500-$3000 items from this brand when there are only 3 to pick from” or “wear 3 winter 2016 items which cost a bunch of diamonds” now. It’s impossible. I’m struggling to even earn enough money to buy very basic clothes. Plus, I barely ever win anything anymore since I’m a lower level (15) being pitted against people who are like level 50 with every hair accessory and a closet full of ballgowns. People will vote for them every time, even if a fancy gown and hair accessory aren’t relevant to the challenge. If there could be some way to make things a bit more fair and obtainable, at least for lower level people still working their way up, that would be great. I’m still getting the hang of playing again, and it is fun at times, but it’s a lot more difficult than it used to be.

Covet Fashion is my favorite app I have! It’s so fun and entertaining. With all the outfits you can make and all the clothes you can by. It makes you feel like you are the person in the outfit you make. It would be really cool if you could mark/save a dress until you have enough money to by it. It would make it a lot easier and you wouldn’t have to go through all the problems of looking in the shop section for 15 minuets. It would also be fun if you could choose a price range before you choose a filter. And wether you want to buy using diamonds or cash. What’s the point of looking at shirts that you can’t afford? Or if you have no money? Please consider putting this in the new update.😊 The dresses they have are beautiful!! I just wish that all they’re clothes were in my wardrobe! Thank you for creating this game!! Please respond soon! Thanks
