Weekly Subscription If you choose to subscribe you get access to all elements of the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and subscriptions automatically renew each week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The subscription costs 99p (or local equivalent) per week. You can manage your subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app and you can turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings .Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchases a subscription, where applicable.     Love this app!! I downloaded it because I was thinking about quitting smoking in the future. I ended up quitting the day I downloaded it. I kept watching all the health changes from the last time I smoked, so I didn’t want to have another cigarette and have to start all over. I am now heading into day 6, and I feel great! When I have cravings after a meal, I just go through the craving tips, and no issues. I have some friends who are using the app to quit also! I highly recommend it!

    I like all the added encouragement and information I receive daily on this app. It’s not bothersome, when I think about smoking I look at their “todays mission” and smile and tell myself how I’m doing it. It has a journal section. I am only using the free version and like the app
