  • Food database needs a lot of work.

    Fine keto nutrition tracking including two different sets of recipes in different formats and other solid advice within the program. My problem continues to involve the format of the food database which I find extremely useless at times. Multiple differing entries for the same thing with no ability to trace the source or brand involved. I continue to use it but I have found some other apps much better designed in this regard. Wish there were some ability to track number trends across multiple days.

    This is a great app, the reason I gave it four stars is because it doesn’t have a very good measuring system. When you try to put a food in it usually only lets you use oz or grams.
  • Incorrect Nutritional Data and Unresponsive Customer Service

    Pros: Simple, integrated and intuitive UI, informative blog, great recipes Cons: Incorrect nutritional data for almost every other barcode-scanned item. Quite perplexing because the code pulls up the correct product but the listed nutritional profile don’t match the info on the physical product at the same serving size. Sent several emails to customer service with examples. No response. It’s been over a month since my first email.

    Love this app. Everything it says it has, it does! Simple, easy, and you only pay for the recipes you actually want, thus no clutter of storage on things you won’t ever make. I’ve had this app for a few years now and I’ve only seen it get better. So, keep all of this in mind when you read all the other negative responses.     The app has a bit of a learning curve but when you get past that it’s wonderful. Being able to share it with my family share is the best! Good app, goo recipes, good tracking and I’m sure I haven’t seen all the things this app can do.

    I like what the app does to help tracks stats and macros. 4 stars When you remove a food from the day or the list it deletes it. Then you have to re do the entry. If you eat the food again. Still really at tracking and macros

    I am diabetic and insulin resistant with a slew of other health problems. I have tried many diet programs. I have never stuck to one as much as I have Keto. I have already, within 4 months lowered several medications and lost 35 lbs. I have a long way to go but I feel like I am on the right track. Thanks to my sister for putting me onto Keto and thanks to those who put out this APP to help me in my journey.

    I am in love with this app and the accompanying blog. My family of three has loved every recipe I have cooked or baked for three straight weeks and I appreciate the tracking tools which are helping me monitor and achieve my goals strategically and systematically. The only downside is not having integration with fitness platforms such as Polar or Fitbit as my nutritional needs are different on days when I exercise a lot. This is the only reason for losing a star--otherwise this would be a 5-star rating!
