    I downloaded this app a while ago and after getting a new phone I tried to upload my things back and it always stops and I have not been able to retrieve my data back. This has been going on for months and there is no way to connect the company. Definitely not a safe app to use at all. If the company sees this I hope they get back to me.

    I have used your app for over 5 years, now that I got a new cell phone and transferred everything to the cloud and download to the new cellphone a lots of my videos doesn’t work show that they loading but that’s it.... I try to download it to me cellphone but it’s saying that the files isn’t supported!!!!! Please I need your help......

    I have been using this for a few years now. I’m a premium user but recently my user ID is now different and I don’t see any of my pictures and or videos. I’m sent emails for support to call me but no one has responded. Please contact me so I can continue to use this app. Thanks

    I have upgraded my account to premium, And now I can’t back up my photo and video neither I can view them. So the up grade was not a good idea , I don’t know whom to contact. I sent emails but no response. It was really a bad idea to upgrade. If any one want to upgrade DO NOT. After u pay they don’t care about you.
