THIS GAME IS LIFE-RUININGLY FUN! From the writers of The Simpsons, comes the city building game that lets you create your own living, breathing Springfield! When Homer accidently causes a meltdown that wipes out Springfield, it’s up to you to clean up his mess… we mean, help him rebuild it! Collect Your Favorite Characters Help reunite Homer with his loved ones - Marge, Lisa, Maggie (and even sometimes Bart) – as well as his not so loved ones, like Ned Flanders. Re-populate Springfield with your favorite characters, from Barflies (Barney Gumble) to Wise Guys (Fat Tony). Add them all, we won’t judge! Dress your characters to the nines with options like Daredevil Bart or Lizard Queen Lisa, and relive scenes from your favorite episodes of The Simpsons! Take Charge of Your Springfield Can’t control your own life? Now you can control the lives of the citizens of Springfield instead! Make Apu work ridiculously long shifts at the Kwik-E-Mart, have Moe smuggle illegal animals, or make Homer toil poolside all day… that last one might not be so bad. Build Your Own Springfield Think Homer deserves to live next door to Moe’s? Or the monorail can survive a few more sharp twists and turns? Or 40% fewer health inspectors? Well you can finally make Springfield just the way you want it! Expand your town to the Waterfront, grow its businesses with the glamourous shops of Springfield Heights, and enjoy its sights, all with only a few taps. Experience Unique Simpsons Stories Catch exclusive animated scenes and new hilarious stories from the writers of The Simpsons. You know they’re good because they write for The Simpsons! Tapped Out is the most life-ruiningly fun Simpsons game you can play! Always Something New for Your Favorite Town Springfield might perpetually be on the verge of destruction, buy hey, at least it’s never boring. Whether it’s Halloween monster invasions, superheroes run amok, or chaos caused by one of Homer’s “great” ideas, you’ve got never-ending options to tap! • Keeps updating 3 times

    By Sxnkxnrxck
Started playin again and after the last update, it has re-updated 3 times already, each time asking for my age. It’s not a small update too, it’s a 800+MB and would take up to 20-30min to update. Force quit, doesn’t work. Logged out and back in, doesn’t work. Restart phone, kept re-updating. I’ve checked forums and FAQs indicated it might’ve either been that I’ve logged into the wrong account or that I just need to log in, NOT THE CASE. Please do something about this. Will re-review after it has been fixed. Update: today it re-updated another 4 times within the same hour every time after I force quit from playing.
  • Nice when it decides to work

    By NikkiLynneB
Very sensitive to signal strength. Says it cannot connect to anything unless you have a very strong signal. Won’t work when literally every other app will work.
  • I need more time!

    By DILLIGAF4567
The game itself is great! I love building up my town with new characters and buildings. I finally finished the Monorail too. 2 things that need changing though. 1) for the special events like TreeHouse of Horror, I can NEVER finish them before you guys end it. I try to check in as much as possible but I’m a busy man so I can’t sit there every 4 hours and collect. The events don’t last long and when I do collect, the progress to get rewards are slow. EXTREMELY SLOW. Bump up the speed of progress so I can actually unlock all of the items. 2) I feel like you guys forgot about Springfield Heights. I want to build that up some more but don’t have anything to build it up with. I can’t unlock the rest of the Red Blazer Realty items because there’s no more supplies to use. That would be helpful. Great game overall though.
  • Land, and updates

    By Crippies73
Before all the DAILY updates, we used to be able to buy land with game cash or donuts, now we can only get land with land tokens. This is totally absurd, you can never get the land tokens to get the land you need to put everything out. I have over a million in donuts, and I can’t use them to buy the land.....this and the fact that you have to do an update daily is why I have now given a solid 5 star game 2 stars.....

  • Definitely Recommend it even if you are not a Simpsons Fan

I love this game. I absolutely do. I’ve been playing on and off for about 4 years and it never gets old to be honest. There is so much to do, and even though I completed all the quests there are, I still have limitless possibilities. The best part of the game in my opinion is the creativity. I just love building my own town— to the point of minuscule decorations such as trash cans and trees, but it really brings out your Springfield and you can make it look so good if you really try hard. I think EA has done a great job, even though there are a few problems and have been a few problems, but it’s such a huge game that, what do you expect? On the gamer aspect, this game is super well balanced. The premium currency, donuts, used to be very difficult to obtain but in further updates, EA made it easier to get them without spending money, which makes it feel like free to play players can still have a nice as looking town, which they can. One nice thing is the premium currency does not really boost you; it isn’t pay to win. Premium currency only gets you special items that you never actually need. What is nice about this resource management type game is that it is not like similar games such as Clash Of Clans. In COC sometimes you have to wait a week or two for something to build and, later in the game, it just takes so long to progress. In the Simpsons, buildings only take MAX 24 hours to build and you can also build as many buildings as you want at once. There is also pretty much no limit to land, (as I have played 4 years and still have enough) which allows you to really bring your city to life. Another point is updates. EA constantly updates the game about each month, every time with a new event with new items. This means you will pretty much NEVER end up with nothing to do. On the fan aspect, do it all the way. I’m a pretty big Simpsons fan and I think this game absolutely goes in line with the show. You can collect pretty much every character you can think of, down to some that only appear in literally one episode. The storylines are also good (although not my favorite part of the game) and they occasionally make you laugh. I think they do go well win the series in the sense of flavor though. ——— All in all, I highly suggest this game for anyone who likes resource-management/city-building games or anyone who enjoys the Simpsons. Oh- if you want to friend request me, my username is ‘lawlerfa’. Thanks! :3 ——— Here are some issues (for new players, the game is fine, but after reaching limits by playing for 4 years [me] I just have a few complaints): —Make it so you can put car decorations on roads, of course! This will really help, as its hard to find other places for cars that look good if you can’t put them in parking lots or on roads. —Make it so you can always purchase land with money. I’m at the point where you have to use land tokens, and it’s annoying because then I have to wait to get more from events or something. —Bring back daily login rewards! I think this should definitely be a thing because mystery boxes kind of just faded away and I know the daily challenges are better but it would make people want to play more if they had to login everyday, and they could be rewarded well.
  • Pet cemetery

    By cupcakeashley23
I love this game but I’d be a lot happier if I was offered the pet cemetery during Halloween. I wish we could send items to other accounts. I play alongside my boyfriend and he has a lot of items I want but are not available to me.
