    Ultimately didn’t stick with it (going to try again) but the app is high quality and customer service was really prompt in processing my cancellation, and refunded me when I accidentally auto-renewed, so I really appreciated that.

    When I first started Headspace I was seeking a way to deal with things in my everyday life. As I aged, life situations, i.e. family, natural events, and career decisions dawn on me both good and bad. Headspace has taught me how to remain present. Combined with reading more books like “Mindfulness”, I became more aware of my thoughts being just that.. thoughts. It’s how I react that determine the outcome. “Our mind is to thoughts, as our ears are to sound”. I learned I was living more in my head than actual life. Guess you can say, I extended my life by living more aware. I’ve gathered enough focus now to have completed my Masters Degree in Legal Studies among other achievements. It all just works! Meditation. Take 15 minutes to meditate. As the Bible says, “be still and know that I am God”. Your thoughts and issues aren’t you. Enjoy your journey 🧘🏾‍♂️

    So far the app has been great. I even subscribed to the app. I was looking around on the app after a long car ride home and saw a sleeping tab was listed. I thought it would be a good idea to try to get some good sleep after a long day. After 3 or so minutes of listening to it I felt a very strong feeling like sleep paralysis. Insanely strong feeling around my neck and my body felt absolutely still. Really scary experience. But I will look forward to listening to other segments. Just not that one again.

    I gave the app 3 stars because it was such a big help for me to sleep and now I have to pay almost $100 just to listen to my favorite sleep cast and you have to have a subscription for everything besides the basics of meditation

    Having Headspace has changed my life. When I first started meditating with this app I was in a very dark place in my life and very sad and very depressed and a lot of my meditations were about depression and sadness and as time went on they changed to more positive headings!😊 Like happiness, and giving back, and joyfulness! It took time, it didn’t happen overnight and this isn’t the only thing that I’ve done to help with my depression but this is one tool that has helped me immensely! So, thank you 🙏🏻 from the bottom of my heart ❤️! I’ll keep using Headspace and doing the other things that I’m doing to help with my depression because it’s working.🙂
