    Only had this app for a couple of days but so far it has been amazing. Only thing i think they should add is gps tracking. If i input a distance i would like to run, it would be awesome if i could do this run outside and have strong notify me when i reached the specified distance and then inform me when my rest is up and gps track me for my next distance input in the workout. This would make Strong the best app i ever downloaded.

    I love how easy it is to save, review and edit workouts. I used notebooks for years and this has completely replaced them. One small suggestion, have more exercises built in. When I first started using the app it took some time to get everything added. Overall love the app and am thankful my brother recommended it to me!
