Yes it is helpful in some ways but it’s just basically horrible. It’s like they’re trying to copy Snapchat and it’s really bad. Like just understand your NOT SNAPCHAT!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
  • Tell us what's in the updates

    By David Apple ID
Stop trying to spam us with dark patterns and feature creep. Tell us what we get so we might actually update.
  • Apple Watch probs

    By Dragonassassin
There’s a comparability issue between the current version and the Apple Watch
  • Keyboard stopped typing

    By Jannah1979
There are glitches Right now my keyboard from my iPhone will stop typing after the first 2 letters and hang up in the messenger I can leave voice messages though I can type fine everywhere else so the issue is not with my keyboard
  • Additional things that aren’t needed!

    By ekinsman93
The little circle that shows whether something is “delivered, sent, read” on a message. Typically when I open the Facebook messenger app, I can see if something is ‘delivered vs read’ just from looking at their name/message without clicking on the message to open it. But now, for some reason that icon is missing on the main feed. I have to actually open a message to see if it was “delivered vs read”. That option to see should be seen right when I open the app, not clicking on names to see individually if it’s been delivered vs read. Extra things that are making the app less efficient.
  • Poor app

    By a3dguru
App is poorly streamlined for battery life. A 2 hour video call on a 7 plus will give you less than 2 hour call on a fully charged battery. I’d hope that they fix this but will not hold my breath
  • Not worth my aggravation

    By FortySilverBack
Having to have my notifications clear is an obsession, this crap app won’t let me clear my notifications, I hate Facebook anyway so since I can’t message without messenger guess I’ll delete that app as well, BYE Felicia!! Besides iMessages is so much cooler with the Animoji’s.
  • Notifications

    By Lazerragefinder
I don’t want notifications. Here’s the app flow Turn on the app Message:Please turn on notifications. Me:Not now. Message:You’re on messenger! Turn on notifications! Me:Not now. System alert:Continue without notifications? Me:Continue without notifications System alert:Please turn on notifications! Me: Not now Forever: every. SINGLE TIME I I see the message screen: SYSTEM ALERT: PLEASE TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS GOOD LORD. I get it, you don’t want me to not get constantly sucked back into using the app. This is still a terrible, aggressive experience for the customer.
  • App crashes and freezes

    By Tkravos
As indicated in subject line, this app just freezes and crashes a lot. It’s more interested in reminding me to turn on features I do not want to be active. Like notifications, for example. Awful app.
  • Annoying more than anything

    By Mrs. Alej D.
I don’t want an entire separate app simply because ppl decide to send invites to candy crush. Facebook takes enough space on its own and and additional app for messages is ridiculous.
