  • (Not) One Year Bible

    By kerry go colts
I’ve used the One Year Bible for years. First the paper copy and then the ap. I can proudly say I’ve read through the Bible 21 times. The ap doesn’t work with Apple’s new OS, requiring me to make another purchase. I don’t understand 1. Why the developer no longer provides the One Year Bible and 2. Why this one is called One Year Bible, unless it’s to make money selling the concept. It’s disappointing that a great ap and product is gone. I’m not sure what I’ll do in order to continue to read through the Bible in a year. But the ap doesn’t help accomplish this at all.
  • If it aint broke DONT TRY AND FIX IT.

Very disappointed. Was hoping to continue my one year reading plan that I've been doing for years, but this developer has not upgraded their app to work on new Apple OS mobile phones. So, I tried this one, and it's just messy low budget navigation without the same OT/NT/Pslm/Prov reading plans, unlike the old One Year Bible that I had for years. Needless to say, I'm removing it from my phone, and will be forced to use my hard copy One Year Bible NKJV moving forward. Very sad.
  • One year bible

This application is not what I expected at all. It cost about 7.00 and really is very much similar to a bible application that you can download for free. I believed when I purchased i would get assigned daily chapters to read so that I could go through the Bible in one year. This is not the case. Second review: As I continue to use this application I must say I enjoy the little boxes that contain a summary of what I just read so I will add a couple more stars.
  • Misleading

    By Cheese consumer
This One Year Through the Bible app does not correspond to the physical One Year Bible. I had hoped to have a portable version of my physical one year Bible (that includes a daily reading of Old Testament, New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs) to read when I have spare moments out and about. The devotionals written for this app are in Biblical ordert and in no way correspond to a typical one year Bible. If you're just looking for a light devotional reading on the fly, I'm sure it's fine. But there wasn't enough information given in the description. I certainly wouldn't have bought it if I had known what it was.

Love this app! So convenient and easy to use! I love that if I am held up In a doctors office, or on my break, I can pull out my phone and get my daily dose of Jesus 💗
  • Great for anyone who travels

    By 21lbsdown
I really like this app! It's the first time I have read passages for OT, NT, Psalms and Proverbs each day and I find it very enlightening. It's also great for anyone who travels to be able to keep up with your quiet time even while on the road. The devotions are very good and relevant. Well done!
  • Horrible

    By Rantyraid
No way to contact creator of this app. Stuck in new living translation which is the weakest questionable translation there is. No place to get your usual Old Testament reading, New Testament reading Psalm and proverb altogether. One of the most convoluted and confusing apps I have ever used. Too bad it involves the Bible. Anyone out there from the creator of this app willing to give me some actual tech-support?
  • Great app

This app is pretty neat, especially for quick morning or evening reads. If you are interested in going through the entire bible is a year with an added morning study than this is the app for you.

Very easy to read and understand. Does it follow the same layout/reading as though when your devotional sample
