Terrible upgrade a few mos. ago removing the videos showing rehab exercises. They try to drive you to their website instead...why do you think people get apps!! I kept checking app periodically hoping they'd fix, but finally lost patience.

The website is where all of the information is. The app has some added value but it's not enough. You might as well bring in all of the information from the site, including the videos, into the app.

App allows me to enhance my rehabilitation program by adding different exercises. It would have been nice if there was a way to track your progress for each exercise but it's nothing that a simple spreadsheet can't take care of.

I just downloaded this app and half of the knee injuries have no information on them, leaving me with little to go on. Pretty incomplete app.
  • iPhone not iPad app

App made for iPhone. Crappy quality on iPad. Besides info is extremely remedial. Toe walking exercises? Seriously. Save your money.
  • Maybe not worth buying.

Great information and nice layout, but most of it can be found for free online.

I have used the website in the past and have shown it to many others - this is an incredible resource, I really can't believe the website is free. Today, when looking at options for treating a foot injury, I saw they had an app. Just the taping techniques I have learned make the couple of dollars for this app worth it. This app is almost as nice as the website, and I fully support giving these guys a couple of dollars for this resource. Thank you!
