I have had this application on my devices approximately 6 years and it was early in my acquisition of it I began its use. I work out of a smaller district that’s really rural not much goes on there. Citations are our daily and DUI enforcement is pretty much our staple here. About 5 years ago, while in Las Vegas with my wife. We boarded a bus called the “Deuce “ as we boarded we sat next to the exit at the back of the bus and I was people watching. I had just read the training topic on “How to identify a person carrying a weapon”. I was not racial profiling but a young bald Hispanic male entered the bus and began walking towards the back where we were seated. I saw the lean in his walk and how his left hand was deep in his left pant pocket. He sat across the exit in an angle that gave me a view of the extended bulge in his pant leg. I told my wife I would like to go up top to get a better view from the upper deck. We traveled a few blocks and kept checking the this person was sitting in. I advised my wife what I was looking at and eventually told her what I saw. About that time he requested a stop and told my wife he was getting out and gave her some of the cues she would see after he exits. As soon as she came back and sat down she was ecstatic. I laughed and told her where I had acquired this new found skill. I am always looking at your latest and greatest training tips you have to offer. If I am traveling to an area I’ve not been to I look for information I may need to be aware of. It was two days later that I passed that Kale party and he had no obvious limp or lean. I just wanted to say thank you very much for having this available.

I use the app regularly. I look like a genius to my peers. Little do they know I just refer to this app for case law.

I've used this app for years for numerous reasons whether looking up drug identification or using training for roll call. I'm driving down the road and see a tanker and thought that's what this app needs is to add hazmat placard ID. Then I saw a need for counter terrorism as well.
