  • The worst company

    Uber is the only company I know that only forces you to sign in to your account with a phone number. I recently got a new number and have been unable to sign in. Now I’m having fraudulent charges on my account and Uber has been unwilling to help out at all because I can’t sign in to my old account without my old number. The fact that you make an app that is unable to sign in to another account just by email and password is pretty stupid on a developer.
  • Rip offs

    Requested a ride waited for my ride and they never showed up then the driver cancelled and I got charged. You can’t call because they have no customer support. Sent an email with my problem and I got a credit to my uber account not a refund. I don’t want to use your service anymore, give me my money back. From now on it’s Lyft for me.
  • Terrible at airports

    I love Uber, but getting picked up at most airports is still a nightmare. Have tried in Las Vegas, Boston and Chicago and all three are a mess in one way or another. Easy solution: allow riders and drivers to review locations (especially airports). Then you can sort the problems and tackle the most common first. Like no signage inside of Las Vegas airport and 10+ minute wait to go up an elevator that only holds 4 people (with luggage). Also, where is the landscape support for ~370 millions iPads that have been sold? If you want to stay relevant you need to support iPads (in landscape mode) for businesses that are switching to iPad Pro models with keyboards (#LandscapeFirst) #Fail

    I can’t count how many times the drivers take routes that take them completely away from me only to have to loop back to pick me up. This sadly isn’t a rare occurrence. Reporting it to Uber does little to nothing.

    They found out I had epilepsy so my drivers license was taken away. So Uber has become my best friend. I have had wonderful drivers and only one bad one. Other than that thank you for starting something that I don’t know what I would do without you. You have made my life a lot easier because I am handicapped and I do need help getting in and out of cars. So again thank you so very much for everything you have done for me and all the wonderful drivers I have been lucky enough to have. T. Miller🦋
  • The worst customer service EVER!

    I am shocked at how difficult Uber makes it to speak to a human and to solve a simple problem. After using Uber for a year the app decided my payment sources were “invalid.” Nothing changed with the accounts. In 24 hours I’ve had Multiple meaningless chats with so called customer service reps who’s instruction manuals must tell them to immediately blame the banking institution. My bank verified that there is nothing wrong with my card and still no one from Uber can help me.
  • UPDATE-Can’t Schedule a Ride

    1/22/18: The icon to schedule a ride fora future time is now present in the all. Not sure if it is a regional thing or because I got a new phone but now it’s present and I can rest easy knowing I can backwards-plan with ease 😊 I’ve been trying dearly to update and uninstall the app and there is no “vehicle icon” to schedule a ride for future travel. Very frustrating
  • Once again, Uber with the let down.

    Had to get to the airport, which is pretty time sensitive, early in the morning. Put all my info into the system and just before it let me schedule my ride, it told me phone number was already in use and I had to fill out some form. Now I’m already in a rush to catch my flight so I had to use Lyft, which charged me nearly $40 when you guys were only gonna charge me about $25-27. As much I’d love to save the money by using Uber, this is the second time it’s just about left me stranded 👎
