  • Don’t download!!!

Download the cash app. They froze my account I provided more proof then what they asked for and now they refuse to return me my money but are still charging me confirming fees...This is such a disappointment. I never had an issue with the cash app but was convinced to download this poor excuse of an app to later regret it and have my money taken from me...I’ve read other reviews and same thing.....FRAUDDDDD!!

Venmo charged me $.75 for an instant transfer but my bank hasn’t acknowledged the funds. Why am I getting charged to Venmo? I want to work this out & have my overdrafts reversed... or don’t charge me. I’m not using this service anymore... ty

  • Fraudulent charge

    By xoxoqwdrtda
Per venmos suggestion after I saw a charge I didn’t authorize on my online banking I filed a dispute with my bank and stopped payment. I didn’t authorize anyone to use my Venmo account and I had a transaction that was made in the middle of the night. I waited to hear more from Venmo after this Incident and I received nothing. I still to this day have no idea how the charge happened. Moving forward I needed to use Venmo to receive payment from a customer and when I did Venmo held some of my money. They said they recovered money that was owed to them when that’s isnt true. I never owed them money and more importantly how is it right that I owe them money when it was a fraudulent charge and I filed a dispute with my bank? I contacted Venmo a second time and I still haven’t received an email or anything. Very poor customer service and my best suggestion is to not use Venmo.

Think it’s a convenient, easy & reliable way to send money or get paid.
  • Poor Service

    By Exercise Tracker
My account was frozen and deactivated without any explanation as to why. My connected bank account and credit card are both valid and current. When calling to speak with a representative the only response I received was that I would need to respond to emails and send private and confidential information over email. What a poor way to conduct business.
  • Threats

After being notified that my email has been escalated to the “Supervisor” and being threatened to be “suspended”, I am done! There is no need for that, enough stress!!!!
