  • Never works on mobile

    By lindadale727
When using this app on iPhone or iPad, it will never search the database. It will only search “recent” foods. So to use it, I have to enter any new food from desktop site. It’s been like this for a long time. I have emailed the developers and all they ever say is to delete and re-install. I have done this so many times and occasionally that works temporarily but it always reverts back to the same problem. For several years now. I paid for this in the original app years ago and it’s never worked. They never refunded my purchase price AND they wanted me to pay again to subscribe to their new format. Just crazy. Definitely not worth paying for!
  • Excellent App

The free portion of the app is just what I need to track my nutrition, calories, fluid intake and steps each day! Thank you!!!
  • Nutritional aspect.

    By Pookiewhittle
I do love this app. However I do wish it would distinguish between good fats, sugars (fruits), and carbs like potatoes and the bad versions. The app only sees everything as a limit and once you hit the limit of those items... you’re in the red. I can eat an avocado and I’m in danger of hitting my fat level for the day. It doesn’t see that the avocado is a good fat to eat should encourage the user to eat good fats like that.

Just downloaded the app today. Every time I try to enter my meals the app closes out on me.
  • App is cluttered and a battery hog.

    By keh404
The app was much better before UnderArmor took over. Now it is clogged with adds and superfluous features. There is too much clutter on the homepage, with a feed that is clogged by videos and MFP blog posts (some of which share fatlogic and other misinformation - kind of counterproductive considering this is a calorie tracking app...) There used to be a way to block those posts, but it’s apparently gone now. While I do like the barcode scanner, too many entries contain the wrong information. And there seems to be no way to edit those entries within the app, forcing users to search for accurate (or create entirely new) entries and rendering the barcode feature useless. A recent issue I’ve had: this app drains my iPhoneSE battery rapidly, consuming at least 1% of my charge per minute. App and iOS are both up to date, and a quick google search shows other users reporting the same problem. My phone also overheats while using this app, a problem I do not have with any other app on my phone. 3/5 stars - I would consider trying out another app if I didn’t have my weight management data recorded here already.
  • Please let users choose what to put on home screen

    By ayurux
Hi, I really like this app and I thought that the articles on the Home tab was great... until they all turned into videos that auto-play. It’s actually making the app laggy and it is annoying that I have to close the app every time to reset. Please add a feature that lets users choose what content to put on the Home tab.. I have a premium account but lately it doesn’t feel like it is worth it because of the amount of lag.
  • Wow- Thank you for this very useful App!

My Fitness Pal makes tracking food, water, and exercise quick and easy!
  • Fitbit

    By Threedays3028
Suddenly my Fitbit is connected but doesn’t Sync. I have to disconnect then reconnect each time I want to update my steps in the app. It never did that before. The fit bit was always synced in.
  • Can’t Open

    By CapitalOneUser
I know this app is capable of so much, but it crashes 15 times (no exaggeration), sometimes even 30 before it finally opens and I can log my food and activity. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled and it’s still happening. I want to use the app, but it’s not worth an average of 15 attempts, multiple times a day, just to track my food. Two stars are because I know what the app is capable of, but can’t go hire because I can’t hardly even use the app. Horrible.
  • New Log On Problems

    By AgostinoA
I have enjoyed using this app for years with no problems, but since Under Armor moved to consolidate the log in feature for all it’s apps I have had persistent log on problems. Finally resolved it myself for desk top and iPhone, but still can’t log on from iPad. No solutions online and no email response from Under Armor.
