Has serious issues
If you rely on Apple Health to track your nutritional data for medical necessity, use extreme caution. MFP is riddled with many data synchronization issues that cause duplicate entries in Health. I exchanged emails with MFP and described specific situations where it writes duplicate data. They have done nothing to fix it other that to say they’ll tell their developers. The extremely annoying login issue has not been fixed. I’m lowering my rating to one star.
Generally speaking, this is a good tracker. But it has some problems that drag down it's usefulness for me.
Quite frequently the app goes through the complete login process as if being launched for the first time. This adds a lot of delay time to entering data and is a huge dissincentive to data entry. Support has been of no help on this.
It produces a lot of double entries when synced to Apple Health. The health app is useful for easily tracking various quantities but the dual entry defeats it and it takes a lot of time to manually trace down the duplicate entries and delete them.

Already lost weight. I really like this app
This app has been so helpful with keeping up with all my nutrition stats. I have three kids and every day is busy so my memory isn't what it used to be. As long as I log all my food and drinks when I have them into the app it keeps up with it for me. I can go back throughout the day and check my intake for calories, protein, carbs, etc. as many times as I need to. It helps you set goals and gives reminders about them. It has great recipes. It has awesome exercise regimes. Love this app!
Lagginess since last update(s)
The app has become almost unusably laggy over the past month or two, and no recent updates have surfaced that may potentially address this.

I have had this app for 4 years & absolutely love it. So easy to keep track of your food intake & calories. I can also go back & see weight gain & loss for the last 4 years.
