  • Was working fine until...

    By George1988
Recently. I edit my times a lot because I forget to clock in and out (I use the app to monitor my own time for my job), but those edits haven’t been saving recently. I don’t notice until the end of the week, but by then I’ve already forgotten the times. It’s a little frustrating.
  • Love this app!

    By shortstufbby
I love this app! I have two jobs and like the fact that I can keep up with both instead and having to login on each of my job profiles and see hours. The only thing I wish it has the daily reminders option for each individual job bc I get a reminder to clock at one location while I’m at another. Overall keep up the good work!
  • Not exporting all of my jobs

    By Dawnya6112
I have been using this app for almost three years now and it has had its hiccups here and there, but this one is costing me money! When I select my jobs to export them it is not gathering them all and I have to manually input them into a separate spreadsheet. I have no idea how much money I haven’t been charging my clients because the job wasn’t exporting. Thankfully I caught it sooner rather than later. I’m looking at new apps now.

You have to pay after 21 days of using the app. Not recommended at all.
  • 21 day limit

    By DougDeppen
This is a really nice app and I would love to give it 5 stars but there’s a 21 day limit and then forces you into buying the app or you can’t use it anymore. I’ll be going with a different one now.
  • Terrible app

    By R@iders
This app is hard to use and after 21 days of it being free they try to charge you to use it. This app is a joke.
  • Intuitive and Thorough

    By Jayzzzer
Anything I can think of in relation to tracking my hours this app has! It’s constantly astounding me with all the options it has, yet it remains easy to use and doesn’t feel cluttered or over the top. Brilliant app. I actually daily enjoy the fact that I spent money on this because I feel that it was that worth it.
  • Updated issue

    By Alvaro_SC16
I got updated 2 weeks ago and when I click check in it won't start my hours. Just tells me to upgrade this app but I don't want to upgrade this. Please fix this problem and I'll give this a 5 stars.
  • No customer service at all!

    By Backgammon we
The app design is great and easy to use. I had hours tracker and hours tracker pro and seemed to be issue free. My hours tracker app froze up and won't open, even with resetting phone. I have tried twice to migrate times to no avail. I sent email to customer support three weeks ago and another last week. I have not even received automated response so I know they got the email. I would not count on this as I have lost two weeks of pay I'm trying to recover
  • Missing one thing

    By ctrieu02
I am really loving this app. I have multiple jobs with different schedules and I love that I can keep everything in one place and know what to expect before payday comes. The only thing missing is being paid a flat rate price. I work for an agency that will pay me an hourly rate for some cases, and a flat rate for others. So this really throw things off. I hope they’ll add an option on individual entries.
