    Love it! This app on my ipad have sky rocketed my real estate and plumbing business. It has saved me money when traveling overseas too. Link to a WiFi spot and you’re golden. I have been with this company from the beginning when they were called Toktumi. Compared to others, I think they are the best.

  • Getting worse by the release

    Each release seems to get worse. Call quality is poor with many dropped calls or missed calls each time the app is updated.
  • Music issues

    My phone battery died and once I turned my phone back on the Line 2 app logged me out. I logged back in but now I can’t see my recent calls list or my text message list. I receive the messages in my alerts but once I try and open them in the app they don’t show up. Frustrating. Also my music stops every time I try to send a text. Also annoying.
  • All or nothing

    When my business is on the line there’s no room for error and communication is HUGE. We wake up to try and communicate with our team through LINE2 and notice that NO ONE is receiving texts. This has happened everyday since we’ve started this service. This winds up being a bad reflection on our organization as being inconsistent and unreliable. Prove consistency and I’ll change my rating.

The app itself has been stable and high quality — does exactly what I need it to do, giving me consistent access to an American phone as I travel around the world. Customer support has been responsive and helpful. I have a feeling I’m going to be a Line2 customer for a very long time.
