    Don’t use this app!!! First time using the app, first time having a problem with Amazon. While trying to find out why my items wouldn’t ship for a week, despite having Prime, accidentally changed something in shipping settings. For some reason, that took away the $10 discount I received for signing up for Prime. Called customer service immediately to ask them to fix it. They did not fix it. Instead they charged me the new higher amount and promised to refund me the discount. How nice of them to assume I had this extra money to spare. Two days after they took my money, I’m still waiting on a refund. Amazon Prime and the Amazon app are a waste of your time and money. Don’t know why they bother having customer service staff if they don’t fix anything.

  • Add to wishlist broken?

    So I have used my Amazon wishlists forever from inside amazon (web, app, etc.) and the universal wishlist for other websites when Amazon doesn’t have the item. Now the JavaScript link for the universal wishlist doesn’t work anymore and the add to wishlist via this app for iOS doesn’t work either (universal / send to wishlist). On top of all that I can’t find anyway to email Amazon about it (no I don’t need to chat or call anyone, I just want to send an email). I use Amazon all the time since 1995 and been a prime member for years. Why do you keep breaking things? Not like you sell everything in the world, so maybe there might be an outside website I want to keep linked to my wishlist.

    You say I have 2 accounts. I can sign in one on one with my phone number. The other with my email. The problem is you won’t let me with my email and password. So I don’t get feedback on email about about an order sent to the wrong address. So you won’t let me use my email or password and I’m so confused. I wanted to let you know I need to be able to get an email report. You don’t text. So what is the answer?

    The Amazon app. Now requires a code in addition to user I.D. As a customer since 2011, my question to Amazon is, does Amazon want to make a sale? Because, making the website application harder to use, is not, in this users experience going to facilitate even one completed sale! Same thing happened when Discover credit card application required a code too. I stopped using Discover application and the card itself. Not a great way of making Amazon a friendly, easy user experience Mr. Bazos. Bottom line “NO SALE” Don’t get me wrong, I believe in security, however, when it makes the application un-useable, Amazon gets one star and no sales!!!
