    I was hesitant to purchase this app bc I’ve tried many meal tracking apps that weren’t fitting. But within the first week of using this app I saw results. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve lost almost 10 lbs. hoping to track my goal by December. I must admit I’m a little obsessed with this app. Highly recommend!

    This is by far the easiest app for tracking the food I eat that I’ve tried. It really helps me stay on track with my weight loss goal. I usually don’t recommend apps but I have recommended this app to many other people because it’s so helpful. 🦋
  • Please fix new bugs in most recent updates

    I’ve been using this app for years now to track both calories and macros with great success, but the updates from the past week have caused the app to freeze every time I enter any information. I have to close the app and reopen it, and even that sometimes isn’t enough to unfreeze it. I hope this is a known bug and gets fixed soon as I really love using this app and have recommended it to everyone I know that is looking to track weight loss progress. If this problem gets fixed, I would definitely give this a five star review.

    I like using this app. But I am following a low carb diet and really need this to show and allow us to record net carbs not just total carbs. I don't want to switch to just a carb app, I want this to allow me to specify to record only net carbs. It would make it so much better.

    I’ve been using loseit on and off for four years. I like that it’s simple to use and has a good food library. It’s almost perfect for what I need but there are a couple of things that could be better. The ability to eliminate inaccurate food macros on some products would be great, eliminate duplicate food items in the library, accurate calculations of macros to calories too. Overall it works within a certain level of tolerances. I’ll keep using it even with those minor flaws.

    This app is so easy to use and very helpful. I was never one to keep a food journal but this is super easy and lets you know how much you should be eating a day. I think the best feature is being able to scan the barcode on foods you eat. Also, there is no food or restaurant that I have found that is not on their list

    Lose it is a really good tool so long as I am using it with diligence. Coupled with good mindfulness practices, I think I will “lose it” over time. No quick fixes; just disciplined focus.

    This app has really helped me become more aware of not only my caloric and nutritional intake, but has made me more conscious of my eating patterns. My only recommendation is that the water intake tracking should be part of the free app functionality, not paid subscription - just my humble opinion.
  • Going downhill, fast

    When I first started using Lose It! on July 1, 2018, I loved it. Within a couple of weeks I sprang for the Premium version and for a couple of weeks, I was glad I did. Ever since though, the app has gone straight downhill. I have entered my data faithfully (daily) for close to three months (ever since July 1st), yet most of lost. The “Insights” Lose It! used to send me (‘we notice on days when you eat eggs you stay on track better than when you don’t, etc) ceased more than a month ago with no explanation. The social piece of the app - that which allowed me to see the progress and inspiration messages of other users and to post my own - was discontinued within a few weeks of me paying for Premium. Each week I get the same message that I haven’t been using the app long enough to make predictions about my progress. By the end of the week it makes a prediction, and then the same silly song and dance starts next week. Lose It is unreliable at best and it’s so disappointing because it used to be great! I definably advise against paying for Premium - there is no benefit to having it anymore.
