  • Poor GPS and Apple Watch Support

    By Spx4me
Just finished LA Marathon and this app failed. By the time I finished, it was .8 miles faster then race actual even though it was in sync the first 2 miles. Conversely a pace tracker I had running on my phone was only off by about .1. Also after the end of the race I clicked save and done on my Apple Watch S2 and it did not save the workout on the phone app, so now I have no record of the workout. Used to love the ability to make my own routes but given the poor GPS and apparently glitchy Apple Watch interaction I think I’m done this this app. . Time to cancel my sub and find something else sadly.... seems UA is only interested in competitive clothes.
  • Short miles

The program recorded miles that were about .1 short. On the other hand my time was great. I’m going to synch the program.
  • Something is seriously off

    By Mae434
I have been using this app for a few years. I knew the GPS was not exact, but it seems to have become much less accurate recently. It says I have run further than I have. Today it wasn’t saying my pace after each mile. I checked it after 3 miles when I thought I should have hit 4 miles. It was stuck at 3.6 miles. I had to shut the app down and reopen it. Then it said I had gone 4.4 miles... the pace for the last several miles was obviously completely off. I will probably try this again for my next run, but I’ll have to switch apps if it is not fixed by then.
  • Paid Renewal Not Applied

    By HopkinsCE
Edited to say that after multiple Communciations, this was finally resolved. I am giving this 3 stars due to how long it took to get a response that fixed my paid access. I have been using MapMy products since 2011 and have had the MVP paid version for years. Obviously, it was on the “+” version of the app since that was the paid version up until very recently. My subscription auto-renewed last Monday (2/19), within a week of the announcement that the “+” version was no longer being supported. My MVP status was shut off and the payment was not applied, yet they took my money through iTunes. I emailed support, who told me that I never had a paid subscription. I had to pull screenshots from the website, showing auto renewal through iTunes and my iTunes receipt and send it in. Support then told me it was “a known problem” and they were not sure when it would be resolved. I replied back that I was still not receiving content that I paid for. The response was that the issue was resolved. IT IS NOT RESOLVED. I paid to access content that I STILL DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO. Up until this experience, I would have rated this app a 4 star. It wouldn’t get 5 since it does not work as a standalone app on my Apple Watch 3, so I still have to have my phone on me. Now though... The customer service around this issue has been incredibly frustrating.
  • updates made it worse

    By mapang52
App works but is difficult to use. Not intuitive at all. Takes a long time of fiddling to get a workout started, Can't quickly look to see distance. Very hard next time to exit last workout and start a new one. App used to be much more user friendly.
  • Generally good app

    By SnowOnTheRoof
Very good app and usually easy to load and use. Occasionally, it doesn’t load or save what I want it to do.
  • Route tracking not working

    By leannedra
The last update seems to have messed up the accuracy of GPS tracking—it has me all over the place, through rivers and fields, while in reality I’m running on my usual routes where everything was working perfectly just 5 days ago. My pace and distance is off/wrong EVERY TIME now. Please fix!
  • Not tracking...

Loved this app but something happened in the last day or so and now it is not tracking my distance.

  • Terrible update

    By AngieRunning96
With the newest update this app has been all over the place. I tried logging a 4 mike run and the app malfunctioned and it wasn’t until I finished and looked down that I realized it only logged half a mile. I’m training for a half marathon and have always used this app to log my runs and now it’s not reliable. Super disappointed.
