  • Informant

I thought that $49.95 was a little much for a Calendar program, but bought it anyway. Being able to use the Calendar, Tasks, Reminders etc. cross platform I thought might make it worth it. Well it turns out that you have to buy spend even more to use those features. When I tried to ask for a refund, a message popped up saying that it was non-refundable. In other words, don’t assure anything, even when spending $50 on an app.
  • Bad QA!

1.0 never worked with wrong informant helper error. 1.0.3 has the same error and stuck at upgrading database window forever. Finally after waited for over half hour while the progress bar was stucked, I forced quit the informant process as I knew it was not right. My macbook had no load and use SSD. I restarted the app and it SEEMED working. Do you know how much courage did I put to force quit the app when the updating database window was warning "DO NOT quit” during updating ?
  • Update..Great App! Please fix the Evernote sync

    By ZzSass
This has been my go to for ipad and phone! So good to be able to review/edit everything in one interface. Finding the app for the OS x has just completed the “hole in the circle”. They are working out a few bugs but support is responsive and I know this desktop version is almost there but will soon be just as solid as the IOS version. Thanks folks! UPDATE… This has been so good, and support as well. since the 1.0.2 I can no longer sync Evernote on OS Sierra…works with High Sierra. Support was notified and they did respond but not with a solution. I ws told I should upgrade my work mac to High Sierra but other software has not resolved issues with High Sierra to make this an option. This has been several week and we are still waiting for a resolution. thanks for any help!
  • Disappointed by the cost. One time PLUS subscription!!!

Having paid $49.95 I then find out I have to pay extra to sync with outlook because this app doesn’t support Office 365 calendars. BusyCal does BTW.
  • Informant is amazing

Informant and its siblings on iPhone and iPad are the best in class for a calandaring, task management, time management tool. I have tried many, many other apps and nothing quite makes the level of Informant. It is just so relatively easy to use. The ease of looking at your information from multiple dimensions is helpful. I also have found it relatively easy in integrate with other software (e.g., Airmail) to keep track of things that need to be done.
  • I’m a fan

I have been using Informant for mac since it was in an early beta version. I am also a user of the Informant app on iOS. It has been my go-to place to keep personal notes that I want to keep track of, and I love that I can have access to my google calendar, even when I don’t have an internet connection. I have 3 different calendars that I need to keep track of (google, apple, Microsoft 365), this app lets me keep all of them and gives me a task list & project manager that is far superior than any of the others. I have been a long time fan of Pocket Informant, and just like every app.. there are a few thigns I’d like to see done, but overall it is a great app and a good value.
