After completing registration, you will be prompted to subscribe to My Run Plan. The auto-renewing subscriptions to My Run Plan are $9.99 USD monthly, $49.99 USD semiannually, or $64.99 USD annually which all include a two-week free trial at the start of your first subscription.     I love this app! It interfaces perfectly with my other apps and fitness devices. The daily emails are great reminders and I get a great sense of accomplishment when I delete the email because that means I completed the task! Open the app up and it’s all synced there also. I used RW several years ago before they had this app and I started at a 30 minute 5k and ended with a 18.24 5k!! Now, I’m back training and stoked to see the app now!!!

    I have been using this app for about four months now with excellent results. I entered prior run times and my schedule of races for this year, and the app generated challenging training plans to meet my needs and preferences regarding how many days per week, target distances, etc. I’ve been running for several years, but I’m not a formally trained runner. After 2-3 months of training, I ran my first scheduled race and CRUSHED my targeted finish time with a great finish, and I attribute it to this structured training schedule and it’s recommendations. After achieving that finish time and entering it, the app recognized that I had achieved a new level of fitness and updated my training plan accordingly. Now I’m training at a new level for my next race. I also love that, at any time, I can change my preferences regarding what days of the week I plan to run, which days are long runs or speed workouts, etc., and the app automatically adjusts my training schedule. Or, if I add a new race to my calendar, it automatically updates my schedule with a taper and recovery around that race. This is a really well designed training support tool, and I’ve been quite pleased. I do NOT use this app to track my runs, which it can do. I prefer to use Strava for that, and this app is set up to automatically pull data from Strava and update with my workout results. That works well. Also, I do not use this app for the social features, although those features are built in. I recommend this app as an independent training tool for designing and scheduling your training plan to continue improving your run times and race results. It has been super for that!

    The App has completely changed my workouts for the better! For the first time in my life I have a plan that is easy to follow and tracks the results. It syncs perfectly with my Garmin and accurately records my times and distance. I’ve also had the opportunity to interact with the coaches and they have been very helpful when I hit a snag in my training. I highly recommend this app!!!!!!

    The training plans are extremely helpful and tailored to your ability level and experience. I recently set a 15 PR in the marathon thanks in part to the suggestions and daily tracking. I’ll keep using this and highly recommend it!

    Training for the Chicago Half Marathon and training for 3 other races leading up to it, and this app/custom run plan has been my go-to. Logging on everyday to see my assigned mileage. I never thought running 13 miles would ever be achievable, but I am quickly adding in distance everyday and not feeling worn out or tired. Perfect for a beginner as I can easily and quickly email the coaches about any running help I may need OR just help with the app. Responses have been within 5-12 hours. The app has some quirks to it, but I also use the desktop version a lot. Able to export my plan into excel files and print so I can take notes as I go. Great community of people all online using it.

    I bought this app because I wanted a good training program for the NYC marathon. They talk about how they’ve got coaches available. I’ve emailed them to see if I can incorporate hill workouts after reading about it in Runners World. Never received a response. What a waste.

    Love that the app automatically updates your run plan as your performance improves and helps you ramp up (and taper) before races! If only it was available on Android.
