Got the pro version downloaded and installed. Ok it said it’s a subscription. Figured yearly no problem. Then it did not work. I contacts them. Left messages and no replies. I informed them I’m am removing the app and wanted a refund all within a week of installing it. No replies. Then today I get bills. For renewal $3.99 for renewal every 7 days. Had to call the App Store techs and that are currently trying to get me a refund. Beware of this product. It is a complete rip off.

  • Scam. 20 min to unsubscribe!

This app said it was free but when it was finishing the download I saw a payment screen flash by. I didn’t tap on anything to “upgrade.” It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to unsubscribe. For those scammed like me, download the app, go into settings, go into subscription info and click on cancel trial. This unticks whichever plan they put you on. Then I deleted the app. I’ll be watching my account for these charges. Hope this helps someone.

I was unwillingly charged 3 times for $5.45 for the “pro version” of this app. I was not even offered the features of the pro version, yet I was charged weekly for the service. Do NOT download this app, there are many more apps that do the same thing that won’t cost you $16.35 like it did me.

I have had this app for some time. I don’t remember ever upgrading for the pro version and on my phone I don’t show to have the pro version. But I just saw where I am being charged for it. If any one can tell me how to correct this I would appreciate it.

I downloaded this to use at the store... which disclaimer... it only works in SOME stores. But it was free... and some how I have been billed TWICE for $4.83. Why? It doesn’t work. It’s not worth the download and it charges you. Currently disputing.
  • Automatically charges you ONCE WEEKLY

I almost find this sort of automatic charging process morally reprehensible. The instructions to stop the automatic renewal process are only given once you contact them electronically (to complain). You must go through the I-Tunes options in your settings —> view account —> subscriptions and then select for non-automatic renewal. Huge thumbs down for abusing people for financial gain.

Make it too easy to sign up for weekly subscriptions by accident and too hard to cancel. Scammers.
