  • CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

Have emailed them 3 times to cancel my subscription and they never respond. There's no option to cancel within the app. They keep charging me and I do not want it anymore!!! That must be illegal. Apparently they have no customer support or intention to listen to their customers emails. I have contacted Apple support. Do not recommend.
  • Good app for me

I’m a beginner so the app is an easy to use food analyst. In truth after a couple weeks you look at food in numbers. For me it helps remove the emotion of eating.
  • Great idea

I love the idea because it's tailored for low-carbers to show net carbs and high target fat but I find the food available to be very limited and really wrong! It will say something has 10g net carbs when common sense tells you it's no where close to that. It also is really limited on extra features such as weight loss tracking and progress pics. Going back to my fitness pal which is FREE!

This may be a great app but after you download you have to pay money to use it and I did not like the dishonest way they use to get you to download the app.
  • Big fat NO.

Do NOT sign up for this. I am calling my credit card company to reverse the purchase. After only one week it wont let me add food items. The promo for the "pro" version keeps popping up making it impossible to use.

  • Good but user experience a bit clunky

So far so good. It’s not the most intuitive at First so I clunked my way through trying to add what I had for lunch pushed me past the “more than 5 ingredients requires subscription”rule. I’ll be honest. I thought it was a bit scammy considering for breakfast on Keto I started with coffee, MCT oil and coconut milk. Well there’s 3 items already and no food had been added yet. So get out your wallet on day 1. I went ahead and paid for it and found the app to be similar in some ways to MyFitnessPal. Creating your own meal is nice but when you add it to your daily consumption the meal lists out items individually so it will take so not as user friendly as MFP and the biggest thing is I can’t add exercise. So I have to use this app for food and I still use MFP to log workouts. MFP is not so Keto friendly but if it were to change I’d use that app alone. Too much adding in different places.

I don’t think I could have stuck to keto as well as I have without this app. Simple, easy to use, and even has a lot of helpful info all in one place which is very useful when you’re first starting out with keto and keep forgetting the details of the diet.
  • Free is a lie-You must purchase

I used this app for two days. Then it stopped letting me add what I'd eaten and would automatically take me to make a purchase! Misleading...don't get your hopes up!!
  • Useless unless you pay

Not worth getting unless you want to pay for it. It only let me add maybe 5 or 6 items before it wouldn't let me add anything else without paying. No thanks. I use carbmanager now.
