I love the app. Upgraded to the premium because it’ll save me more than it costs. Already has on day one.
  • Bad

I have had this app for over a month now and I can’t link my account I am deleting now.
  • Read the fine print

I signed up and used the bill save feature. BE CAREFUL! They changed the entire account and deleted certain things, signed a 24 month contract without getting our permission first. I thought we would get a chance to review it before numerous changes were made! We were getting ready to cancel our At&T acct but now are STUCK in a contract!!!
  • Quick Customer Service

I just recently started using this app and had a minor issue in the beginning. Turham (sp?)and Wayne were extremely quick and efficient to resolve the issue. This is a great app to track everything you do with your money and where you can improve. Also takes the headache of beginning your bills out of your life.
  • Shocked at how good this is. Saved hundreds!!

I don’t use this for budgeting as much anymore but I am astonished at the negotiating this company will do on your behalf (you pay them 40% *upfront* and you have to provide lots of account info). Truebill has reduced at least 4 of my bills (my Sirius XM bill was reduced by $100!). And it got back a banking charge on my behalf with zero effort on my part.
  • Weird

Not bad for an app that insists I have ADT and Sirux. Tap on Options and Hide, they say, but there is no place to tap Hide. Watch they don’t sell you a credit card. Like that will make your money problems go away!
  • Don’t do it!

If you negotiate your own bills because they are slow, they’ll take credit for it and charge you the 40% fee for the two hours you spent on the phone with the cable company doing the work. Also, I negotiated it for $5/month lower than they claim to have. So, not only are they dishonest but they’re not even good at doing what they were meant to be doing. Their customer service is either incredibly rude or unresponsive. I’m deleting True Bill now full of regret for ever trusting an app that sounds too good to be true... it is too good to be true and a waste all around. One star is kind.
  • One of the best out there.

This app is packed with features I didn’t expect to be there. It’s so easy to use and there is a ton of information about your accounts. I almost never log into my actual bank account now because using Truebill is just so much better. Having all my credit card balances and bank accounts in one place is a dream. A widget that always shows what bills would be coming up would definitely make this app 5/5.
  • Worse decision!!!

This app is not worth getting, help or any assistance take hrs upon hrs! I logged out, logged back in and lost everything!! Now, have to figure how I’m going to cancel the subscription with them.
  • Love it, but could love it more

I’ve been using TrueBill for a few months and let me tell you, it has changed my financial life. Just knowing when what bills I have coming up and when helps me formulate my budget for the month. The new Reports tab on the Spending tool is just amazing. Couldn’t be happier with it. It flows nicely, easy to change a transaction type across the board, and gives great insight into your trouble areas. I do have some suggestions and things I’d like to see in the future. 1. Paydays shown on Recurring Tab. This seems pretty basic to me. Having the recurring paydays shown on the Recurring Tab would make it so much easier to eyeball my plan for the week or month. I think this would be super helpful for people who live paycheck to paycheck. Might not work well for those who freelance, unless it would learn your pay schedule over time and adapt. 2. Baseline Budget tool based on Reports. Basically what I’d like to see is this: the option to set a flexible, baseline budget for each category that’s seen in the Reports Tab. Then, have a report that says “Looks like you’re $25 over your $100 budget for Auto.” Doesn’t have to be too specific. The whole reason I use TrueBill is for its simplicity. If I wanted a super robust budget, I’d use Mint. 3. Referral links & rewards for referring friends successful. Like I said earlier, I use TrueBill pretty actively. I’d like to ability to refer a friend using a link or social media. It would also be nice to have rewards of some sort for those who successfully onboard 3 or more people. Maybe if we invite three friends, we all get a discount on Premium...? Or maybe you decide to strengthen your partnership with Acorns and invest a certain amount of money in those who invite 4 or more people. So many possibilities. Regardless of the rewards, I want the ability to share this app with my fiends after I tell them about it. I have a few other minor suggestions that I can’t think of right now, but those are my big three!
