Experian should be ashamed for what it has done to loyal customers who were using the previous app that worked flawlessly. You took our money for years and is now sold us out so that you may offer ads and third-party services from the credit card companies and creditors you are supposed to be protecting us from. All of a sudden, the previous app just stopped working. I called Experian customer service and was told that I would be able to use the old app through the end of my current contract at minimum. Not true. I reluctantly downloaded the new app only to find but it serves experience and it’s advertisers more than it does the customer who is paying for it. Shame, shame, shame on you Experian. Apple: you should require that these reviews and ratings be reset with the release of the new app. It is impossible that there are this many ratings from the new version alone.

A few months ago the old app simply quit working. Then today I receive an email saying there was a new one. For years I’ve stomached rate increases. Now it’s up to $30/month and the new app, (purportedly optimized for iPad Pro which I have) won’t display the score! Single most impactful metric and you’ve failed. Pathetic. The display box says, “error loading. Tap to retry.” Just keeps returning the same blank box with the error message over and over. With so many ways to get the score free, come on guys, don’t you think it’s time to get it right? Oh, same issue on my iPhone 8. Bother running iOS 12.1. So don’t respond saying it might be machine or I need to update.

I was upset when the old app quit working and I had to go about a month and a half before the new app popped up. But I have to say that I’m impressed with the new app. Digging it. Aside from that I’ve always liked Experian and have felt the customer service was good the couple times I’ve had to call in.

I’ve used the app for years and loved it! It was very easy and very convenient. Now, there is an upgrade, but I cannot log in to either app. I go through registration steps over and over agin, calling the phone number IS NOT ANY HELP!! GOOD LUCK trying to talk to an actual human being who MIGHT now how to help you. I was just fine with the old app. Please stop revamping things that don’t need to be totally revamped! Hopefully someone will see this and I will be able to use my app again.
