Life Cycle automatically keeps track of your time and presents your life sorted into slices. It shows you your daily activities, places you go, and who you spend time with. Life Cycle weekly journal provides personalized insights and clarity to your week passed. Start each week with a look back. Remember where you’ve been and vision where you’re going. Whether you’re just curious of how your time is spent or looking to make a change, Life Cycle is your daily companion, providing you with all the information and insights you need. What’s more - it uses only 1% of your phone’s battery while it seamlessly does the work. FREE FEATURES • Automatic - Life Cycle works in the background, recording and sorting what you do as you go about your daily business. • Less than 1% battery - Life Cycle uses less than 1% of your battery per day as it runs in the background. • Weekly journal - Weekly insight to activities, accompanied by photos tied to moments passed. • From a day to a year - view your life day by day, week by week, month by month or even year by year. • Apple Health - Fully integrated. Imports all activities, mindfulness and sleep data. • Friends - Connect with your friends on Facebook and see who you’re spending time with, what you’re doing and where. • Sleep Cycle connection - For accurate sleep data, connect with Sleep Cycle alarm clock through Apple Health. (Life Cycle only reads data from Health, it does not share any data. It reads Sleep Analysis and Steps data.) PREMIUM FEATURES • Connect to your Sleep Cycle account - If you have an online backup account with Sleep Cycle, Life Cycle will let you know how your daily habits affect your sleep quality score. • Backup - Keep your data safe with our backup system. Never worry about losing your Life Cycle logs again. • Graphs - Beyond the donuts, Life Cycle shows you what you do with your time in detailed graphs for deeper analysis. The visuals gives you insight to if you're spending your time on what’s most important to you. • Compare trends - see if you’re dropping in sleep hours, if you’re working too much or if you’ve taken longer walks this week. Compare trends over the weeks, months or years. BATTERY CONSUMPTION Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Life Cycle does not use the GPS in the background, but instead relies on cell tower and Wi-Fi locations. As a result, it consumes less than 1% of your battery per day, when the app runs in the background. REQUIREMENTS • Life Cycle needs to run in the background to be able to record your data. It only uses 1% of your battery per day when doing so. • You need to carry your phone with you, for Life Cycle to accurately record and interpret your activities. • Wi-Fi should be enabled on your phone for tracking to work. The optional Premium subscription costs $9.99 per year. Should you choose to subscribe to Life Cycle Premium, the purchase will be charged to your iTunes account. You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription by entering the user settings in iTunes after the purchase. The subscription will be auto-renewed 24 hours before the subscription period ends, with the same kind of subscription you already bought, to the same price. It's not possible to abort the subscription during the time it's active. Terms of service: Privacy policy:

  • Really Awesome, Very Helpful for Me

    By AnnMarie1621
I absolutely adore this app. I told a couple friends about it and they love it, too. Some people I’ve talked to think it’s creepy that I use an app that tracks my every move, but I’m the only one with access to this information and it doesn’t use my locations and activities to give me those “targeted ads” you see on Facebook and Google. I have a really bad memory, and for a long time it bothered me that I couldn’t remember what I did or where I went on a certain day. This app solves that problem for me and I honestly think it’s the most useful app I’ve ever had. Now I can easily access dates of Doctor’s appointments, weekend trips, events, and other things that are important for me to know. I like to add notes to describe what I did when I was at a certain location or doing a certain activity like hanging out with my friends - that way I can go back whenever I want and reminisce about a really fun night that I had, even if I’d forgotten about it.
  • App is fun! Has a few glitches!

    By LuvF1
I can’t believe some people complain because there are to many options! Is it really that bad to see a lunch and a dinner option? So silly! Some people eat three meals a day and the object of the app is to show what you do when and where. So having just a food option would be inaccurate data! Some people just need to complain to hear themselves talk (insert rolling eyes)! The only issue I have is with locations and I am pretty sure it’s the phones inability to access the internet for proper GPS info. I also have a few weird occurrences where it said I was sleeping at 3am in my local grocery store! I am pretty sure that was a glitch. And it will show weird places as my home, like another grocery store and my parents house. So you should look into why the “Home” is allowed to change locations? It should be a designated setting to where other places can’t hijack my “home” setting in app. Hope I am explaining myself right. Otherwise it’s fun to look at a whole month and see what I have done! App is buggy, but I think a lot has to do with the internet.
  • Decent app, rating nags earn instant 1-star rating

This is a good app, though there are some funky quirks in the UI. Rating nags earn it an instant 1 Star rating, I’d probably give it four otherwise.
  • Not worth it

    By WhyItunes?
Was trying out the app to see if I should purchase. Waited a whole week to get everything loaded into the app, can now finally see what its been tracking but it hides all in depth info unless you have the $30 a year plan. I mean come on why would I buy this app if I can’t even see what it really does in a free trial. It’s also not very accurate, there are many free apps out there to track your own time that are free. Would not recommend this one.

A great way to keep track of how you spend your time. I would recommend it to anyone.
  • Not accurate tracking steps

    By J.C. 60
Life cycle and the Apple heart app are vastly different in counting steps taken during the day. Needs to be better coordinated.
  • Location Service no longer work

    By jmlara06
with the latest update the app does not seem to track location anymore
  • Needs some QoL features

    By Legato895
Things work great but would love for the option to group activities while still keeping them separated. This primarily is the case when I want to track office work, work from home and work outings all in a "work group". Stuff like that would be great.
  • No visit records for a while

    By sunnymoooon
I restarted this app but still no visit records , any solution?
  • Great w/one suggestion

A really great tool for holding yourself accountable and tracking your activities. Would be really nice to be able to create multiple events even if the geographical location didn’t change (since I work from home).
