    Downloaded this app just bcuz McDonald’s was giving away merch if you order using Uber eats. But the app want let me pass the login screen. Then it crashes out. Complete waste of time. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it. Nothing worked.

    I tried Uber eats for the first time 3 weeks ago and feel in love now I started a new job and I carpool to work so instead of asking the person who drive if they could take me to get something for lunch I just order out..#winning

    I changed my mind about my food order and tried to cancel it so I could order something else. I did this within 2 minutes of finalizing the order. I hit the cancel option and it directed me to customer support which I thought was strange. They then explained that canceling doesn’t refund your money. You will still be charged minus the delivery fee and you will not get your food. I will not be using this app again if literal theft is their return policy. If you can’t cancel an order, why have a cancel option in the menus?

    Uber Eats delivery charges are lower than the other services. No additional items to get what you really want! Even if it's a Frappe from McDonald's!! Great Idea!!

    Uber eats has a limited menu. Not all items r on it for whatever reason. I’ve seem to run into the same problem multiple places.

    I have deleted this app and will never be using this service again after the experience I just had. I received an email from Uber Eats about a McDonalds promotion with merchandise and to learn more which led me to the app. I was playing around trying to see if I add an item to order that the merchandise option would come up and it did not so I started deleting the carted item, I must’ve hit “Complete Order”, as that’s what happened. This app is set up so that one cannot cancel an order. Within 10 seconds of completing the order I hit cancel and then it directed me to call customer service. I was on the phone with someone within less than 1 minute who told me she would call the McDonalds and cancel the order. She kept me on hold for 5 minutes, after which she said that the order been accepted and that she cancelled it but that I will still be charged. I explained to her that the time it took her to call and get it cancelled was too long and I would like to speak to a manager. She said there are none available and refused to put me through even though I said over 5 times I would wait the necessary time until one became available. She said my only option was to call back in 10 minutes to speak to a manager and then hung up on me. I then called back and went through the same process again with a man by the name of Ivan who told me when he called the McDonalds the phone number was disconnected and that the order was already on its way and not cancelled. So the previous customer service representative lied to me, she had never even spoken to anyone and she never cancelled my order. I asked Ivan to speak to a manager who told me that she can't do anything, she can't refund me, she can't give me 5 dollars off my next order, and that if I chose to cancel the app then she's sorry to lose me but there is nothing she can do. This is totally unacceptable to me and I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge since I received terrible customer service and no physical product. How can you treat your customers this way? Lying to them, hanging up on them, and offering them no refunds or even a coupon to make good an error? The worst customer service and design. I have seen in an app and I work in customer service for an app. There should be a cancel button that actually lets you cancel. Uber eats, you just lost another customer.

    Uber eats is a bad deal for the Uber driver. Payment starts after driver picks up the order. No payment for driving to the restaurant to get the food. Then a short drive to deliver the food. Pitiful payment and usually no tip. Terrible waste of time and money for the Uber driver

    Can’t change language to english and can’t login to existing uber account... had to use new email since the one i use for uber is “already registered”... no duh
  • Garbage app that will steal your money

    I tried to place a $10 order from McDonald’s but was also charged $80 for no good reason. Also, the arrival time was continuously pushed back and my food never arrived as the order had to be cancelled. 100% untrustworthy company.
