    Horrible customer service. They will charge you even after you cancel. Don’t waste you hard earned money on this. App not user friendly, not helpful at all. I learned so much more off of FREE YouTube videos and FREE health apps.

    These are good workouts, they are effective and get the job done. However, I’m on bbg 3.0 and it’s the exact same workouts from bbg 1.0 and you do the same exercises week after week with very little variation (plus you are doing the same exercise 6-7 times in each workout session). It has gotten very monotonous. Please add in more variety of exercises!! It would also be great to have a bank of HIIT exercises to choose from instead of having to figure those out on my own. These are good workouts, but just not worth the money in my opinion.

    Easy to follow workouts that rotate and keep you moving. I don’t get a chance to work out everyday, but I like Knowing the app is there waiting for me, encouraging me to just work out “really quick”

    I truly do love this app, but I know that nutrition is quite a bit of the battle when it comes to your body composition. The suggested meals are great, but they are almost so diverse and complex that it’s very hard to follow so I just don’t use it. It would also be great to connect this app with “my fitness pal” in order to track the fats, carbs, proteins, and calories. It would be nice to know more about why the foods chosen are in there.

    I was charged the monthly subscription fee even though I cancelled before my free trial was up. I mainly was interested in the meal planning help however this was super impractical as every recipe has completely different ingredients with no overlap throughout the week. No normal human buys groceries for 5 separate meals a day with completely different ingredients in each otherwise you will end up wasting a lot of unused ingredients and spending a lot of time and money on food.

    I’ve used this app for a long time, Kayla’s BBG stronger has always worked without any problems. However, Kelsey’s PWR freezes halfway through the workout and doesn’t open at all on my watch. Many other people are having this problem as well. The app needs an update!! *EDIT* the app was “updated” but the PWR still doesn’t work on the watch and freezes half way through !! 😩 **newest update: the app worked for so long after having issues and the latest update is doing the same thing - freezes right after the first round of pyramids 😭 being back the previous version!!

    This app has allowed me to incorporate weights and machines into my workout routine. I’m not as intimidated by new workouts anymore because they are so well explained. One bug that I noticed only recently is that when I tap on the exercise to get the explanation or an alternative version, it only shows the first exercise of the circuit despite me clicking on different exercises. Hopefully this will be fixed soon because those explanations helped my form immensely!

    I was charged a full annual fee 119,99 and did not authorize!! I was going to try the 19.99 with a 7 day trial. I will be making a report to Apple and to my bank for a full refund ! This site is a liar and a scam. Also a theif!!!!!i will be writing reviews on ALL social media and their Facebook page for the lies and stealing people money. False advertising and a scam!!!!
  • Love the app but v 3.8 has a new bug

    With the latest version 3.8, the step by step instructions for the individual Resistance circuit exercises (for BBG Stronger) are not working any longer—only the first exercise for each circuit gets displayed when I tap the various individual exercises in the workout. I’ve been a daily user of the app and BBG Stronger since January. This problem with the exercise display just appeared this past week with the 3.8 update.
