  • Love the workouts, tech issues are a bummer

    I love the programs that come with this app. I continue to pay the monthly fee regardless of some of the technical issues that I think really need to be worked out. The timed workouts are awesome, but I want to be able to check my email on my 30 second rest and have it still count down. Also, others have mentioned that sometimes they skip right to the cool down without knowing how. His has happened to me several times and it is verrrry frustrating! However, you can’t get training like this for $20 a month anywhere, so I keep it!
  • App on watch is buggy and doesn’t sync properly w/ app on phone.

    I just figured out how to have the app on my Apple Watch & when I was trying to use it & see how it works on the watch the app on the watch froze. Close & try to reset the app but it doesn’t do anything & I have to restart my watch to restart the app. & I though the app on the watch would sync w/ the app on my phone real time but ended up saying that I did the same work out twice because I was using the app on both watch and phone to see how to properly do the workouts.
  • Glitch?

    Sweat logged me out just now as I arrived at the gym and it will not let me sign back in. I tried logging in with Facebook and it won’t allow me to do that either. I even tried resetting my password and it gave me another error message. I used the app yesterday as well as earlier today to get the items I would need for this workout. I’m not sure why the app has glitches and completely will not work- I even deleted the app and redownloaded it and it did not fix.... upsetting since I pay the monthly membership.

    I’ve been an avid exerciser for years and was looking to change up my routine after having two babies back to back. The challenge and flexibility of using BBG from home was just what I needed. 28 minutes and done! I’m about 1.5 years in and these workouts never get old. I feel constantly challenged and have loved getting to keeping upping my weights!! I’m also impressed by the quality of the recovery sessions. So needed after these workouts!! Such an amazing investment in your health. This app will make you STRONG—in both mind and body!!

    I never agreed to sign up for this app and all of a sudden I am being charged $20 a month for an app I never agreed to use. I am furious.
  • Love the app but watch should be taken down until fixed

    Kayla is featured in Apple Watch advertisements but in the reality the app on the watch is frustrating at best. I love using the app on my iPhone and always had issues syncing with the Apple Watch. Since sweat recently unlinked them I’ve seen no improvement with the performance of the app on the watch. In a month I have only been able to complete one full workout without the app on my watch crashing (or never even starting!) The worst part is that when it crashes mid-workout, you have to stop your physical activity and try to restart on your phone. Despite restarting the watch multiple times, it often gets stuck on an prior week or says it cannot sync with the dashboard despite Wi-Fi and Bluetooth being turned on. The watch app should be discontinued until it at least does basic functions.

    Don’t sign up for this app if you are hoping to just trial it first. They have made it impossible to unsubscribe without going through extensive customer service with Apple.

    I LOVE how structured this app is, and how many different options for workouts there are. I’m the type of person who needs a lot of extrinsic motivation and as far as working out goes, I like to have a clearly defined plan in front of me or else I’m all over the place and I don’t know when to stop working out 😂 This app definitely meets those wants for me. If you’re looking to start a fitness journey and don’t know where to begin, or if like me, you need more of a “personal trainer” to keep you on track fitness wise, I definitely recommend this! If you pay for a full year, it comes out to $10 a month which I think is definitely worth it!
