    Used the free trial and really liked it; was literally hours away from buying it and the new update won’t run on 6s; crashes immediately. Guess I’ll have to find a new app. Regardless could use nutritional support.

    This app has totally changed the way I work out. I’ve lifted weights for years, but it’s easy to get tired of planning your workouts and to get stuck in the same workout plan for longer than your body will benefit from it. Fitbod takes out all the planning, giving you a variety of exercises each day based on which muscle groups you’ve used most recently and which are “fresh.” It lets you customize the plans based on what equipment is available at your gym, what your goals are for your body, how long you want to work out, and how many days per week you want to go to the gym (or work out at home). After it learns your baseline during the first few workouts, it even suggests weight amounts for you so you don’t have to keep track or look back through your workout logs (though you can do that through the app if you so choose). There are detailed instructions and videos for each exercise in case you aren’t familiar with them. It also has a great Apple Watch app. Fitbod is the most complete, user-friendly, affordable workout app available on the App Store.

    I am training for the CrossFit games and this app more than any other i have ever dealt with works wonders for my accessory lifts to support my Olympic lifts in CrossFit. Although not a substitute for a human personal trainer it does a really good job. I am able to modify the daily workout generated to deconflict the competition training and WODs, it tracks my PRs so i can constantly improve it and best of all it only costs $5.99. I recommend it for begging and advanced fitness enthusiasts.
  • Great app but total battery hog

    Love this app but it takes my phone from 100% to under 20% over the course of the workout. When it’s open there’s constant network activity next to the data or WiFi information. Idk if it’s phoning home or pulling workouts from the cloud but it’s getting to the point where it’s unusable. I tried turning off data for it after downloading the exercise GIFs, but they won’t load even though it says they’re synced. Hope this gets fixed because I want to keep using it.

    I love this app. However the password change and app update has royally screwed my app up. Lost all my previous workouts. I've sent an email and have yet to receive a response. Would like not to lose all my info. Also says my subscription has expired when I pay it monthly. Anyone else experience this?

    This app can change a life all you need is the DETERMINATION. But and a big but I will say this tho this app freezes way too much to be paying for it, thru need to fix it. Now it’s at the point for two days now that I can’t even open the app. I emailed them and heard nothing back. Want a refund honestly!!!! Been using this app for over a year half the time I have issues.

    I am currently a trainer for women fitness but high intensity. I’m looking to build muscle and I found sweat another app seems legit but you had to pay a monthly subscription and I wasn’t for that. I googled free apps and this one came up. I was so excited I was showing everyone as this will help build more muscle mass (goal). I can only use it on certain days though.... well I look and saw I have 3 days to use this otherwise I’m charged:( Super disappointed because I was looking forward to something to help build the muscle mass. Anyways... it seems like it would be wonderful but beware you have to pay to use it over 5 days!
