  • Often goes offline but really helps with boundaries

    By Suzipen
I like this but don’t love it. I have adult kids living at home, mostly sons. There are boundaries I do not want crossed. Wish I didn’t have to pay extra to block on cell phones data_ but it does ok for most of what I need. Recommend for families with young kids and ok for families with adult kids. I get many alerts that it has gone offline.
  • Love the idea but slows down wifi

    By Inarodriguez
I love the idea and how friendly the app is BUT slows down wifi on the controlled devices, sometimes cuts Internet before time limit ... lots of connectivity issues. Would not recommend
  • It’s not working. So frustrating.

The Circle isn’t turning off when I set it. It doesn’t recognize my WiFi and I have to reset it. I’ve only had it for a week and a half and I’m regretting my purchase 100%.
  • Worked great until updated NETGEAR router firmware

Used the app with Circle yesterday with no problems, easy to setup and use. Updated my NETGEAR nighthawk router firmware this morning, was getting errors trying to connect. Circle sent me an alert it was offline, when trying to log in, kept getting bad gateway errors. I Deleted the app, reverted router firmware, and restarted network modem and router, and re downloaded the app. Now when I try to login to circle the app starts over from the beginning, can find Circle on my router, asks if i want to set it up, the next screen says I need a pin from the admin of the account, when i select that i am the only admin and ask Circle to send me a pin that doesn’t work either, keeps saying it’s incorrect even though i know i am typing correctly. Super frustrated at this point.
  • Thank you for giving me control!!

Circle provides a very simple yet powerful solution for tracking all of our family’s data usage, across all devices. It really does what it says it does! It is nice to have a product that finally meets all of my expectations.
  • Highly Recommend

Circle has been a great addition in monitoring our kids internet usage. As we all know a wide open internet can lead kids down some undesirable paths. Circle allows us to set parameters and monitor where they’re going and what they’re doing online. We’ve set some broad perimeters and can narrow that as needed. The kids have been okay with the set up, so it’s been going well. One of the greatest benefits is parental peace of mind. Studies show internet addition is a real thing, especially for the developing teenage brain. We want to help our kids navigate the world especially the wild wild world of the internet. Circle allows us to do this without clamping down the reins to hard. I would highly recommend Circle.
  • Waste of time.

    By Tookan2
Not compatible with R7900P. Netgear sends solicitation email. Waste of time checking to see if router is compatible.
  • Fails in most important feature

    By Bub302
The most important feature is ability to pause internet at certain time for parental controls. BIG FAIL. multiple times it has cutoff at wrong time for one of my children and not cutoff at all other times. I have no real use for it.
  • Waste of money & time

    By Cambridge2013
Couldn’t discover our devices. Customer support couldn’t help.
  • Would be good if....

    By DiPicco
Would be good if the schedule worked. It doesn't on a regular basis. When it does I am pleasantly surprised. Also not convenient to just block usage completely like Our Pact does. Save the $5 a month.
