    First things first, the the app isn’t fluidly compatible with the iPhone it drops Bluetooth connection, and now with the new (replacement) it doesn’t send any notifications (vibrations or text) to my watching. So basically it is a very expensive pedometer and clock. Thanks Movado & HP! Now truth speak.... I absolutely love Movado and have multiple of the regular bold, so it made me excited when I saw the Bold II Smartwatch. Have had it for almost two years. Had nothing but problems with the smart features but it was already bought and I love the style. Don’t like the thickness of the face. Also, once the battery that runs the watch (not the smart features) died, I took it in to get it fixed that was 6 months ago. It had to go all the way back to Movado and they said they couldn’t fix it. Something with the design of the way the battery for the smart watch features is integrated. They said there was no fix for it currently and there was not a plan to fix it, so they were going to replace it (With another Movado Bold II Smart Watch). I asked so what do I do the next time the batter for the actual watch dies. Well you will have to send it in again and do the same thing (yes every time). 1 year of use, battery dies, then six months to get replacement (which I have to pay 160 dollars for every time)

    I try not to be hyperbolic, but this app is SO BAD, it’s worthless. I deleted it, it was so bad, unfortunately you NEED the app to get messages on your watch or even have the digital time set! But, the app is such utter garbage, it won’t sync to my watch! I’m at the point where I’m going to stop wearing this watch and probably get a competitor’s watch. And I’ve worn nothing but Movado for 15 years! Just garbage!

    Knob on watch need improvement of the knob. A sporty, activity watch is great but needs a little adjustment to knob.

    The watch connects easily and is seamless to use. I wear it for work and consistently track 20-25 thousand steps a day

    The app is clunky and has a hard time maintaining a connection to the watch. I have an iPhone7. I have absolutely no idea why the developers couldn’t share the step count with other applications - such as Apple Health. I prefer wearing the watch instead of wearing my iFit device - but seems redundant if I can’t access the step count or having to re-enter it. All of these devices need to adhere to or support an open data standard - so wearing the Movado watch, an iWatch, or wearing another “wearable” would all seamlessly share data. Whoever figures this out will win. Movado isn’t in the lead...

    Love the watch, surely wish it interacted with iTunes. I too wanted to replace my Fitbit, but despite the high price, it’s a far cry from replacing my Fitbit! It is a very nice timepiece despite its downfalls for functionality!

    I bought this to compare with my Fitbit with the intention of dropping my Fitbit. This watch rarely connects to my iPhone even while I open the app and connect manually and is poor at recording steps. It’s a sharp looking watch and it’s nice to be able to press the button once and see what time it is in the dark but I would NOT recommend this as an activity tracker or a way to keep track of phone notifications with Apple iOS. Kind of a bummer since it was so expensive. 😕

    The Movado watch is awesome. I wanted something other than an Apple Watch. This watch does everything but the app is beyond basic. I wish their was a way to update the sensitivity of the activation/ wake up option. The app developers need to work on adding features, more watch faces, and interaction options.

    I’m displeased w/ this watch, due to the fact it won’t connect to the app. The watch said, “ Could Not Connect. Try moving your watch closer ro your phone”. I’ve done it countless time. Still doesn’t work. As much as I want to reach out to customer service, my life is too busy for this.
